If I could give this location a zero I would. I went to go fill a prescription for my dad and they told me it was unavailable. However, that it would be available tomorrow (which was suppose to be today June 7, 2017). I said that was fine and so I came back today and they casual told me that it wouldnt arrive tilll Friday or possibly even Saturday. Lets just say I was frustrated, my dad just had eye surgery and I needed the medicine. I explained to them how frustrated I was because one of their employees stated it would be ready for pick up today and yet I arrived it was not. The employee proceed to tell me that they had call to leave a voicemail. I cut her off and stated it didnt matter, the fact that they had stated it was going to be here after I had ask when it was going to arrive due to the fact my dad just had surgery, it was important. Then I proceed to ask her what are they going to do to make this right. The lady told me that I just had to wait till it arrived. I stated "No, you guys gave me false information and now my dad wont have his medication which he needs for his eyes four days after. That is unacceptable. Please transfer my dads prescription over to CVS." Which they also failed to do. I called CVS to check after 10 minutes and they did not receive a thing. CVS informed me the medicine would not be there till Friday due to the order being after 5pm. I am a CVS customer but my dad decided to use Walgreens, lets just say we will NEVER go back to Walgreens and will make sure to tell our family and friends.

In the last few months, they have messed up 5 prescriptions for me and my son. Each time, I had to inform them of what was done incorrectly and then come back again later (sometimes days because they dont communicate with one another and they dont call the Dr. half the time), forcing us to go without our necessary medication. They dont seem to know what they are doing, they lose prescriptions, have shorted me on the number of pills and have messed up my insurance numerous times. If you are in the drive thru, they have a goal of wait time of less than 5 minutes, meaning that if it will take them a few minutes to get your medications, they will ask you to come inside, even if no one is behind you, so they can say they meet expectations of the drive thru time. The pharmacist did fix one of my prescriptions, so that after waiting 5 days, I was able to get it.

This walgreens has to have the most imcompetent employees I have ever seen at a pharmacy. You are better off trying to make your own medications than get this place to fill your scripts. Something is always wrong with them they dont recieve orders or do what they are asked. I have been waiting on a script for over 6 months and my doctor has done everything to get it to them yet they never have a record of receiving anything. Choose anywhere but here. Plus they are extremely overpriced when compared to target, cvs, walmart and others.

I came here to buy some snacks for a hiking trip at a local park, but much to my disappointment the manager, a shorter hispanic looking woman, had asked one of her employees to, "check" on me and my family at a VERY audible tone. I just cant believe the amount of disrespect that was presented to us from a person of management. Will not becoming back to this walgreens.

They lose scripts only to find them under the fax machine, they dont communicate with doctors on precription refills...like calling to ok refilled, and the employees seem to never know which way is up. Ever. Go to the one at Renner and North Star instead.

Last two months has been nothing but nightmares. They are incompetent with prescriptions. The only saving grace for this Walgreens is Emily.
