Ignore the 2nd review, obviously a CVS employee. Ive tried 5 CVS pharmacies over the years because they are always conveniently located. They all have the same problem as the lady who wrote review #1 mentions. They are under-staffed for the volume they try to handle. They are all unhappy and it shows. Most of the Pharmacists are rude, and indifferent, some are vindictive. Dont even think of trying to fill pain or anxiety medicine at CVS! They will treat you like a pill junkie even if you walk in with a plaster cast! Think you can pick up your medicine one day early right before closing because of the convenience factor? Nope, they will not only fail to fill the script, they will call your doctor, (they make time for that), and tell them you are taking too many pills. Drive an extra few miles to an independent pharmacy. Youll get them filled quickly while you wait, and be back home faster even with the drive time. Most of them remember your name, are nice and value your business. CVS has great rebates on the CVS card, just dont bother with the pharmacies - you will have a problem of some sort.

Dont bother using the pharmacy, it is no better than the pharmacy at the CVS on Galloway in Mesquite. In the few months I have used this pharmacy, they have delayed getting in medication I needed as with another reviewer, they have shorted the quantity of my medication on three or four different occasions, and they have "lost" a script I had on file. The staff has not been completely rude, but a couple do not seem to understand English very well. As for the missing medication, when they attempted to correct the problem on two different meds (Im talking only 30 tablets to count for each med.) filled at the same time, they miscounted again and gave me too many. My most recent issue is they lost one of two prescriptions I gave them to keep on file. Of course, I will have to make another trip back to the store to pick up the meds, if my doctor will issue a new prescription. Im in pain daily so this is not as easy as they make it out to be. I will be looking for a new pharmacy to use in the Sunnyvale area as soon as they fix this last issue.

They have messed up my prescriptions on multiple occasions: -"losing" prescriptions (I am currently without medication because now they have to contact my very busy physician to request that it be sent again) -mixing in the wrong pills in with my correct meds in the same bottle (good thing I noticed because they could have had harmful side effects. I reported this to management) -entering the wrong prescription frequency/duration/quantity (putting in the script was for 180 days duration instead of correctly as 30 days, this was a nightmare to get corrected and required back-and-forth communication with my very busy physician) -sending me text messages that my prescriptions are filled when they havent even started and then making me get out of line and wait 15 minutes in the parking lot while they filled them and then have to sit back in line at the drive thru again. The male pharmacist, like someone else mentioned, is really great, but I dont know how long hes going to last because he keeps having to fix everyone elses mistakes.

Not sure what happened here today. Turned in Rx at 1pm, told it would be ready by 2 pm. Went to a store to waste some time, returned back at 3:20 to find it still not ready. Was told it would be ready in 20 min and shed call me. Sat in parking lot waiting for an hour. Called while in parking lot on phone but never got an answer for pharmacy. Went home as I could have been doing something else more productive if they would have just told me they would not have had it ready today. It is 7:22 pm and still no call from them. Called them and still no one will pick up phone. I will never go here again. Severely pissed by having my time wasted.

Depends on who you get at the pharmacy. Some are nice and helpful, some suck. Yesterday they told me it would be ready in a few hours. Nope, not completed till this morning. It was very much needed that day. And since they hadnt filled it, it couldnt be transfered to the 24hr one up the road. Really sucky system, and estimation of time to fill a prescription. It should not be hard to differentiate being told 3 hours at noon, and it not being ready for 16+ hours.

Horrible service! The supervisor on staff threw a total fit when I came in to make a return. She was very unprofessional, made me extremely uncomfortable, and I told her right then and there that I would NOT be returning to that location. I had never had such bad service.

the pharmacy techs dont know when they receive doctors faxes for prescriptions. The Indian tech there rocks though she had to re enter my health insurance because the other tech lady didnt enter it correctly my scrips were done in 20 minutes.
