if there was a way to give negative stars I would. The lady who took my RX called me back to say that it needed prior approval from my insurance. It did not. I told her 4 times that they had my old insurance info on file and gave her my new insurance number....which she read back to me wrong all 4 times. Finally I said fine to call my provider. This was on Saturday. I still had not heard back from them on Wednesday so I called my insurance company to see if there was a problem. They informed me that 1. I did not need prior approval (I knew that) and 2. CVS never contacted them. So I had my insurance company call the CVS to get everything fixed up. 24 hours later, still no call from CVS so I called them to find out when I could pick up my RX. They told me there was no order for me. When I reminded him of my insurance calling the day before he said "oh yeah, I remember that" but still could not find my perscription or the manufacturers coupon I had turned in at the same time. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!

Waited at the counter for several minutes before someone spoke to us. When it was time to pay for the prescriptions they claimed that 2 out of the 3 medications were not going to be covered by the insurance. When we asked why, we were directed to another line to speak to a different person. When we finally got to speak to that person, I showed him my insurance information and he spent about 10 minutes on the computer. After that he found that all three were partially covered by insurance and our total was only going to be about $25 not $100. Either they were purposely trying to charge us more or they did not properly check the insurance the first time. Either way is wrong and we would have paid $75 more than was actually needed. Ill be making sure not to get my prescriptions filled here anymore.

This store, at the demand of the pharmacy manager, will not answer as to whether a narcotic is in stock over the phone. At the same time, the same prescription can ONLY be dropped off when the product is in stock. The manager also didnt work around the holidays as to not interfere with deliveries of much needed medication. This led to a prescription expiring and an additional visit to the doctor for another one, since they are only good for 21 days. And yes I was late in getting it filled-BUT STILL. I transferred all of my and my childrens medications. The barbie doll that runs the pharmacy is about 1% as cute when she opens her mouth. Worst pharmacy experience ever.

My listed pharmacy for all the doctors. It is close to my house. Usually the prescriptions are received promptly and with my insurance it is cheap. OTC Stuffs are pricey. You will always get better price for the same stuff on walmart or other places. Occasional deals ofcourse keeps coming up.
