Was on hold a long time to call in a prescription. I would have gladly used the automated system if I had the prescription number . I was put on hold multiple times and when I told the assistant I would not hold again, they refused to help me & put me on hold again. I had asked if they considered phone calls like walk ups and drive ups to which I got put on hold. They either need to staff better, become more efficient with the staff they currently have and send some people back to customer service training.

Staff is often away from register when Im ready for checkout. Quick stops are difficult. Managers greet me sometimes but not authentic. Not a warm feeling. Heavy set manager (white lady with short hair usually in a ponytail) is a grouch! Often speaks to employees like theyre her slaves. It doesnt seem right, the way staff is treated by management in front of customers. I tend to stop at a different location for my shopping when Im able to avoid this location.

Incredible store!! Its like walking into heaven to get your prescription filled.. Corry Walker, Pharm D. is hands down the best pharmacist on the planet. I wish he could clone himself to be in every Walgreens.. His vast knowledge about every drug is incredible and I could talk to him for hours about anything and everything. He is truly a hero due to all the lives he has enriched...

Terrible customer service. Last time I will ever go here. Rude ignorant staff who could care less that you are in the store. I have given this store at least three different chances and each time they are a disappointment. The store, photo, and pharmacy depts are like a bad joke of customer service. I wonder as to the accountability of the store manager in his/her business.

Just left after purchasing a card for my wifes and my anniversary. My 7 year old brought a little more than a $1 to buy some candy and the cashier Tyler was extremely helpful and courteous. She let me daughter pay for the candy even though she did not bring enough to pay for it. All this is awesome not to mention he greeted us as we walked in! Great service!

Pharmacy at this store is terrible. They are rude. The automatic telephone notification system tells you that a prescription is ready and you go to pick it up but they dont have any idea where it is. I went through this four times with one prescription. I will not go back to the store. Ive moved my business to another Walgreens.

Just left from picking up some vitamins and everybody was so nice and friendly I thought it was their payday or something they were so nice and the guy Corey the pharmacy was nice guy as well love it here might come back just when I need someone to say hi with a smiley friendly face to me!

Dont ever take passport size photo from there. Its a total joke. It looked terrible. Dont they know that taking a photo so close to the face like 5 inches close makes the photo terrible.

Its one of the better pharmacies in the area and there much quicker at getting the prescription filled then the CVS next door
