DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS STORE, these people have no respect for disabled people, 2 years ago a disabled veteran who relies on his service dog to get around was confronted by one of the managers here, the manager told him to leave the store because he could not bring his service dog to the store, even though the man had proof he was a service animal. Under federal ADA laws, you cannot deny service, unfairly charge or treat anyone with a documented disability or service dog, as a manager IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW AND COMPLY WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS IN REGARDS TO ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE STORE YOU MANAGE, if you dont agree, THEN FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER JOB SOMEWHERE, AND IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

08-16-16- Thank yous are appreciated purple lipstick shouldnt be allowed during business hours .. Cashiers should always thank you. For your Walgreens off Oates and Gus Thomass Dallas TX.. location.. Ive been on the phone waiting for the pharmacy dept. for an hour 3,2,1 callers ahead of me then it rang and rang until it hung up.. No one answers calls?? I need your fax number. My childs prescription needs to be changed from capsule to liquid form..Ive Google on line and I dont see a fax number anywhere..

I went to this pharmacy and I was so happy to find friendly people very compasionate people , especially a young guy name Cecil. My Px was ready in less than 7 minutes even though the pharmacy was pretty busy like always . Thank you guys for caring so much for customers like me and everybody also.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. Ive been on hold for long periods of time several times but this last time was the icing on the cake...after being on hold for 24 minutes and 36 seconds i gave up...i will be switching to CVS or a better Walgreens if i can find one!

The Pharmacy crew made me wait in the drive thru pickup service for over 45mins. Just to tell me they couldnt help me, that I would need to go inside. I had dropped off my prescription 2 weeks prior, then they tell me it wasnt ready.
