Very disappointing experience. I dont advise you to have more than one thing on your list to buy because God forbid you have to stay in the store too long and wander around the store from one end to the other, confused about where to find things. After trying to find the item myself, I asked an employee where I could find it. He said "down there" pointing to the right. I was only in the middle of the store, so down there could have been on any of the next 6 aisles on the left or the right. Once I got to the end of the store, I ran into another employee that Id talked to on the other end. He recognized me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him and he said I could find what I was looking for to the left of the doors sign. After going back down the aisle and turning left at the doors sign, still no luck. Unfortunately I didnt have time to continue looking, so after I still didnt see the item, I just checked out with what I had. When I got to the register, the cashier asked if Id found everything okay. I told her no and that I didnt have time to keep wandering around the store. She apologized and asked me if I had the Home Depot app. It all made sense - who needs good customer service when theres an app to help you find what youre looking for? Granted I am not your typical hardware store shopper and could live without ever having to set foot in one, but the reality is that I have to go into one from time to time and it would be nice to have a good experience and not be expected to rely on an app for customer service.

I cannot express how disgusted I am with their customer service and assistance. I PAID for a dryer two weeks ago and I still dont have it, after being promised to have it delivered four days later! The sales person Rosie, canceled my order 30mn after I paid for it and the dryer never got delivered. Why? No one knows! We rescheduled it and they sent the wrong dryer! How many times can they screw up?! I went to the store to try to get this fixed, and no sales people could help me and the manager never attended me after waiting two hours! I refuse to go back to this location and STRONGLY suggest people to look for another location OR go to Lowes.

Regarding phone sales...they close at 6 so you have to use customer service, and they behave as if they dont want to take a phone sale.. this happens at all HD in Dallas county and Collin county...they will have 3-5 people at customer service but only 1 knows how to complete the sale... training needed or just stop offering this service...its unfortunate because Im a plumber and the supply stores closes at 5 so Im at HD mercy and good luck finding exactly the right Plumbing supplies needed

This store was filthy, I cannot believe the management would allow it to get in the state it was. I had to try 5 shopping carts before I could sit my 1 year old in a cart, which I had to clean trash out of it. The odor was horrendous when you walked in, dead animal smell. The floors looked as if they hadnt been cleaned all week, and there were pallet jacks left all over the store. I will not go back to this store, the Lowes in Mesquite is so much better and friendlier.

I had to return a few items that i bought on store credit soc i was given a gift card for the retun so i went and got the correct items and proceeded to check out and was told the sytem was down and that i needed to come back for my items that they heldand tried to check out again and the same thing occurred. I had to call coporate only to be treated like a criminaland told thet werent going to so anything about it today. So at the moment I am out 400.

Came to get some wood cut, asked three different people for help and had to wait 30 minutes before anyone decided to show up.Finally a man from another department (M.J) stepped up and decided to help us out. Another man approached MJ as if he was going to help then claimed he was going to get safety goggles but never returned. Seems like no one wants to do their job here so I will not be returning to this location.

Awesome customer service from the moment we walked into the door! We were greeted and given specific directions to what we needed. Once in the desired department another associate helped us locate what we needed, acquired a cart for us and loaded our items on the cart. Checkout was a breeze and Kodie helped us load our large items into the van. Will definitely shop this store again!!

A lady asked me at the self check out if I found everything ok, I said nope. She asked what was missing and I said customer service. I told her I wondered around looking for something and not one of the 20 something employees asked if I needed help, they would just look away. I wasnt the only one looking lost. Ill take my business elsewhere next time.

Horrible. Went in asked for help with a kitchen cabinet. Lady refused to help me!! After I insisted she did. She came over to help and told me to call and MAKE A APPOINTMENT!! To get help with kitchen cabinets. Because not even her manager could help me!! Get better help. A million people need jobs. Hire better people. Dont shop at this one.

When you go to self check out, the 3 girls standing around acted like it was a problem that they had to scan my 2 doors that I purchased. Then when leaving 2 of them just stared at you, like no bye, thank you, go to hell or nothing. Why did I spend over $300.00 to be given an attitude? So, dont ask anyone for help if you go to shop here.

I always have a great experience at Home Depot. Their prices are always more competitive than the other guys. Help is there when you need it. Cant find something, their staff know exactly where to find it & explain its use or instalation. I especially like the self checkout registers to expedite my mission of todo lists. Big thumbs up.

Major delays, inventory said yes shelf said no, no resolution without additional delays. This is the song this piticular "Depot" knows all the words to. Friendly staff and clean place, but... when we need a part or something to get the job done, this place should change its name to "The Home Disappointment". Lowes, here I come.

Great associate in the tool rental area was able to provide exceptional service and actually called us when the rental truck was available on Saturday morning. This makes me come back each and every time. We have never had a bad experience and always out quickly. Online ordering payment and pickup is exceptionally easy.

Great place for home improvements. The staff are friendly and welcoming plus most have knowledge on projects! If not they are not hesitate to get someone else involved customers too. The key man is great and has been able to get my keys to work when it seemed like I needed to rekey.
