This has to be the worst Dollar General I have experienced. I have had issues at another but never to the point of this. Rachel Long accused my boys of stealing (they were not). When I called for her name to report her she was rude and hung up on me. When I called back I told her I would come to the store to get her name and she in turn called the police. When I arrived at the store I told the police I had called. I guess its ok to accuse kids of stealing since 90% of the kids in the store that steal are black (the cops actual statement). I am outraged that my kids were accused solely on the color of their skin. Also I was told that they had stolen before but this is the FIRST AND LAST time we will ever go into that store and I will never visit a dollar general again. This lady should be fired!

Customer service representative was not appropriate selected a certain customer out of the line to serve i guess by color not who would be next in line...due to a long line of the other cashier we all looked around in shock then she said I can help the next in line i wont be shopping at that particular dollar general again

Shopped this store to buy gardening seeds because the store three blocks down the street had them on sale for 90% off. But they rang up for 70% off instead. The refused to match the price of the Dollar General three blocks away. Chain wide constancy is a better form of customer service than this.

The entire store was packed full of merchandise. You couldnt get down a few of the rows. Way too much merchandise for normal stocking. Cashier was super nice but there were two men walking around discussing all the stuff & they were in the way & ignoring customers.

Great cheap selection. Customer service is always on point. Usually a line but they get through it pretty quickly. The manager lady with the glasses isnt the friendliest but I assume she is doing something right bc all other employees are amazing.

Always a perfect destination for go to goods for get togethers etc. Never had an issue and have always had someone ask me if I needed help finding something. If you have issues here, maybe its not the store. Actually, Im sure its you!

Never had an issue here. If you or your kids get accused of stealing, Im sorry but skin color has nothing to do with it. They have cameras and employees walking around the store. Quit pulling the freakin race card. Its annoying!

When I have to go to the Dollar store its always this one. They always have what I am looking for and its for the most part, very clean. What helps is the staff there is friendly too.

Cashier accused my kids of stealing, when they went in and paid with a credit card. This was our 1st and last visit to this store.I am waiting on a call from the head office now.
