Very bad/non existent customer service. Do not go into this store anytime close to close time or else they will lie to you to rush you out so they can go home. I bought a new phone and needed to get contacts, text messages and pictures transferred. The assistant store manager started the transfer "wirelessly" because he wanted to go home (he literally said this) and didnt want to put my phone on the machine and take the 20 minutes or so to do the transfer properly. He had time to put my phone on the machine before the store closed, he just did not want to risk the process taking even a few minutes of his time past close time. Well, the wireless transfer did not work so I am without contacts, precious pictures or any of my previous text messages. I have to take time after work to go back up to the store to get this done right. Bad experience and very annoyed!!!

Took my parents to this store during Sprints Buy One Get One Free offer in August 2016. Now they are locked into a contract and are still being charged for second phone that was supposed to be free, despite disputing it for months now with no resolution. Online customer service is no help either. The Rowlett store has changed personnel since then, they wont take responsibility for what they did, and they say they cant help. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are quick to take your money but have little to no customer support when you need help. Be very careful if you sign up for anything here. Good luck!

I got the new note 7 from the Rowlett location, I need to replace it per the warning i have had it for 3weeks now I have tried calling the rowlett location it always goes to voice mail and then it says voice mail has not been set up yet..... I drove over there 60+ miles and they did not have a replacement they took my number and told me they would call me when one came in. No one has called yet I cant call them. I called Rockwall they said I have to deal with the rowlett location...customer service does not exist. I think this phone has a warning on it and needs to be replaced.....need help????

Worst customer service. I went there to try to find answers on how to replace my broken phone and not only did it take long, they gave me no answers and no solutions. It seemed as if they kept trying to get me to leave without truly giving me any answers . I remember buying apple care and he gave me no information on what to tell the tech at the apple store.

Lied to us and leased us a phone while telling us it was a "free upgrade". 10 hours and counting on phone with Sprint corporate trying to resolve the issue that this store caused and get our actual free upgrade now. My mother has not had a phone for 3 days and counting. NEVER GO TO A AUTHORIZED RETAILER!!!

That Jonathan the assistant manager is knowledgeable, and magnificent and knows what hes doing and has helped me more than the corporate store at sprint in mesquite and customer service. If you need service or need perfect customer service go to the sprint store in ROWLETT by sprouts off Lakeview parkway

The customer service was excellent. Johnny,Carlos,and Melanie did a superb job in making sure that I had the latest and best that Sprint had to offer. They assisted me in a timely manner and was very respectful and polite. I would recommend anyone of my family members or friends to this location

I really appreciate Anthonys and Seths customer service. Anthony was very helpful and told my husband and I about special promotions that sounded to good to be true! They were very speedy with the service and professional. Well be definitely coming to this location more often. Thanks again guys!

Anthony staied over an hour late to transfer my stuff ro my new phone.. he goofed up and accidentally offered me a phone not supposed to be out uet but honered it and had sprint do the same!! A great transition from at&t already! Manners and customer service!! Thank you Anthony!

Because one star is as low as it gets. In comparison, the Three Parks Mall in Arlington is awesome. Rowlett store employees gave me two different answers to my question and didnt attempt to solve the issue. Arlington store ordered a new phone and replaced the non-working LG-G4.
