I was very disappointed the way I was treated, and targets return, exchange policies. I had told the associate that I bought a few items a couple months ago, still with tags on, she wasnt even pleasant, no smile , talked at me instead of explaining nicely.,, I had lost the receipt and did not have the credit card since I have been trying to complete my min, spend on my current credit card and had no idea which one it would have been on..She assumed that it was at least 90 days and said I could do nothing... ,,honestly I had no idea how long it had been forgot about the bag in my car and w/holidays and all just forgot,,I was shocked that Target wouldnt even give store credit. Im a 53 old nicely dressed woman, and was treated as if I was try to do something wrong. It would be great if more stores would have great customer service like Costco,You should always be able to return any item as long as it has price tag attached for at least store credit,,,Keep a record of license #s,, something, its just not RIGHT!!!!

Your staff at this location are exceptionally courteous and helpful, especially considering it was very early in the morning and they were attempting to finish stocking! I was trying to find PaperChef Baking Parchment Lotus Cups. I had found a couple other types, but not the particular one I wanted. I asked the gentleman to my left, who did NOT respond with dont know, but rather let me find someone who knows. The gentleman he then brought over pulled up the exact item in the Target phone app, got the product number, pulled up in his scanner, then proceeded to go and retrieve it from the back for me. This was all done in a short amount of time, with smiles, and polite banter.

This target isnt bad. It is true that the employees dont act like they really want to be there. But my problems lie with the pharmacy though everyone I talked to stayed very calm they dont really know what they are talking about. And tend to give you run arounds when trying to fix issues so make sure you get names most likely they wont do what you asked them to do. I usually love target but trying to deal with auto refill is too much Im moving back to my other target pharmacy. They may be so much further away but at least they will follow through with what they promise to do

Micro Chipped atm cards dont work here (or any target) at all. So i gotta pay the bank for a new one everytime this p.o.s. gets scratched a little and not shop here with my card until the new one arrives in the mail after having to leave the store emptied handed because my scratched card isnt good enough! Its just another scheme by the banks and businesses to pull more money out of the general public in exchange for a falsified version of that warm fuzzy feeling we want. Never shopping here again unless i have cash and want to hate myself for being in this crumby place.

This Target is awesome. Good layout. Variety of items. Good gluten free selection. Starbucks. I would have given it 5 stars BUT the unisex/family bathroom doesnt have a changing table. There is definitely space for one, its huge (and was very clean!) I have an infant and a potty training toddler. Sometimes we cannot make it all the way to the front of the store and if Im already there, it would be nice to be able to change my infant too. If they add a changing table to the unisex bathroom, I think this might be the perfect target.

I love this Target! No matter what times I visit the lines always move quick. If the lines do start to stack they make sure to open up new lane quickly to meet traffic demands. They are in stock with what I am looking for and the staff is happy to help me. Sometimes the aisles can be a little picked over but there is always staff around picking up the aisles. This Target is my go to when I need something for my home or a gift for the kids birthday or Christmas

The store is always clean and neat. Staff are very pleasant. I broke my sunglasses on the way to Target and I took them to a lady at the eyeglass boutique in the store and she not only repaired them free of charge but she polished them (I hadnt purchased the sunglasses from Target). Their fruit assortment are great and the frequently have promotions on frozen pizzas. Steer clear of the pretzels at the Pizza Hut in the store, it taste s little of cardboard.

The worst target ever they do not have people to work in bakery after 2:30 pm . I will not shop at this store again. I just ask them to help me to write happy birthday on the cake that i was going to buy the manager told me no one is working in bakery at this time which is 04:15pm what a wonderful customer service bad service if they do not have anyone to help at the bakery they need to close the bakery or put a sign to let the customer know.

The worst store in the area!!! My daughter found a hatchamil no available for sale until 10/8 on the floor for sale we get the register to pay and find out we cant buy it. The part that made me mad is the no big deal response we were given . So I am standing there with a little girl crying and not so much as a sorry . We do a lott of business here .nor anymore .

Worst target I ever been too. Tried talking to an employee and she was very rude. Tried to get coffee it was 8:30 (knowing they close till 9)and the Starbucks lady was already closing down and gave me a dirty look. Said nothing to me and went to the back to turn off the lights. While I was standing in the coffee shop. I will not be returning .

Incompetent employees! After registering for my baby registry, I looked it up online when I got home and there was nothing there. The employee set it up wrong. Then I went back the next day to purchase some things and realized when I got home they didnt apply my gift card to my purchases. So frustrating!

This is by far one of the BEST Targets Ive ever shopped at. Its clean, well stocked, friendly workers, just all around good store. They might be a "little" more pricey then Walmart but shoping here is soooo much nicer then shopping at Walmart so its all worth it. Thanks Target, keep up the good work!

Very disappointed with store manager, my credit card was used without my permission and when I spoke to him about he had no compassion or sympathy. Working in a big retail store, like I do, my managers would have done anything and everything to research it. Never have shopped at Target and never will.

Today sep/21/2016 WOW I frist herd an employer YELLING @%*? at another employee. Then watch young girl run out crying to the front of store. Then found out she was deaf employee! after telling the front desk what i saw. Hope some gets fired or heavy reprimand or trying for sign language called ASL
