Im not sure I even have words for the experience this place has put me thru for the past two days. I bought in 12/2015 ATV Teryx...not a cheap purchase for my boys for Christmas. Paid it off in Feb. 2017 and have been waiting for the clear title. Patiently waiting!!! Was told the financing company had it, then they told me they never received it and had reached out to Action Kawasaki and they never responded....go figure. Spoke with Mike Morgan who did the financing and he couldnt keep his story straight...blaming lien holder, the title company, electronic filing system which didnt even exist @ that particular time per lien holder supervisor. Basically, I was told that "I needed to take my letter of Lien Satisfaction and go to the tax office and get a new title" Didnt I already pay for that when I bought the ATV??? But heres the BEST part...the so called "Manager" that I spoke with this morning in my frustration that I truly believe is valid after almost 7 months and I quote " If you would just SHUT UP and stop BITCHING at me Ill tell you what we plan to do. OMG!!!! Are you kidding me right now. Well, Im speechless!!! They are going to take care of it in the morning and make it right.....CLICK!! Oh....but theres more.....Mike Morgan calls me back and says new story... the tax office processed the title in January and I probably thought it was junk mail and "I threw it away" but they are mailing me documents to send to Austin for a replacement. Moral to this story.....Mike Morgans last words and advice to me...."There are other Kawasaki Dealers in town and I should use one of them." Consider it DONE!!!! I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!

Wanted to drop a quick line to let those interested know that customer service does not stop at the doors of the dealerships. Action Suzuki made a sound investment in their Service Manager in this regard. I have seen the benefit of Action Suzuki customer service many times while not even being in the store. This happens when their Service Manager, who frequents the MX scene, happens to offer his assistance when things arent going well with either my bike or others needing assistance. Whether its a spoke wrench, offers of replacement brake/clutch levers, to full blown service type issues like replacing clutch/oil/fluids/troubleshooting/setup advice, etc... their Srvc Mgr is the first to offer assistance. From my experience he does this out of the enjoyment of the sport and love of riding motorcycles as he is there battling it out each weekend with us. This translates to great customer service and great representation of not only Action Suzuki.. but motorcycle riders everywhere. There are not many icons left in this sport so please take care of the ones that remain. Thank you Action Suzuki and thank you SH92.

I have worked with Action Kawasaki in the past (I bought a Vulcan from them in 2014). I came back after a great experience the first time. Martin was my sales rep this time around as my previous rep moved on to new ventures (but martin new him and took over perfectly!). I found my desired bike, a Ninja 650, cheaper in south Texas, but when I informed Martin I was unfortunately going somewhere else, they moved mountains to make sure they could match or beat the price. This included them getting me a new bike from the factory since they didnt have it in stock. Mike is the sales manager who does the paperwork with you, and Ive worked with him in the past as well. Hes a great guy, always willing to help. I will continue to buy from Action as long as they sell bikes. They are fantastic to work with!!

I bought a bike here back on 2005 with a friend of mine as co signer, came back to look at some bikes. At that time I was greeted by mike who is the sales manager, great customer service he took his time to show me some bikes and recommended me a few without really pushing for the sale wich was great. I decided to move forward and I was introduce to Martin another great guy with excellent customer service he was cool and offer to take the bike to my house. After putting my app I was turn down by one bank but Mike did everything on his power to get me a bike with money down but at an excellent price. He also accommodate a few things for me. I will most deff recommend this place to people and friends.

Been going here to buy anything bike related for years now. I recently took my Honda Cbr here to have some exhaust nuts put on. I had to leave it so it would cool down. They said it would be around closing time when they might have it ready. So i expected a long wait.. I went to lunch and half way through, they called saying that they put a fan blowing on it and cooled it down for me. Then they put the nuts on and only charged for half a hour of labor. I was so shocked. I was like wow you guys rock. They went above and beyond for me...even though my bike is a competitor brand.

My son and I went in to buy bikes on the same day. Martin was our sales associate and he was awesome. Mike is the sales/store manager and he is very fair and went above and beyond to get me and my son the best deals possible and to ensure we were happy with our deals also. James in parts is a straight shooter and gives honest answers to any questions you pose to him even if that answer doesnt result in a sale for him. My experience with these guys has been great whether it was for a purchase or for service. Go see them...they are a great group of guys.

Great place! I bought my first bike from here and just returned for my second. I was wanting the 2017 gsxr100r. I called and talked to Martin and he said I got one on waiting for you. The next day I was driving off the lot on it. They gave me more than a fair trade in price for my previous bike. I went back the next week to get the exhaust done, I was able to drop it off in the morning, go to work and come back that evening to get it. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will return here for all my purchases and maintenance.

Was looking for a 2017 Suzuki SV650 online, saw one listed at this dealer for a very reasonable price, gave them a call to let them know I was coming in to check it out from a pretty far distance, and the salesman, Martin, was SUPER friendly and helpful, they also didnt mind my kids climbing all over every side by side and 4 wheeler they had in the showroom while we worked the deal. Ended up buying the SV650 and couldnt be happier with the bike or the deal I got, would definitely recommend to a friend and buy here again!

It was a great place to shop. I bought a Beta 300 RR which is my first 2 stroke. There is a little bit to know about 2 strokes and they were very helpful in getting me setup with the right stuff. They also ordered a pair of boots that I found out the next day were on backorder so they ordered me the top of the line boot with an awesome discount. Plus theyre good people in general. I never got that "stuck up" or "put out" feeling from them. Theyll do whatever they can to help you out!
