Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time. The service department hung up on me after questioning how long it would take to drop off my scooter and have the belt changed. Convo after asking when I could pick it up: Tech: "about this time next week" Me: "Oh wow, like next Friday?" Tech: "We are backed up." Me: "Ok, there is no way it could be sooner to change out just the belt?" Tech: "Do you expect me to just put the other nine scooters behind you because you need to replace the belt?" (Super derogatory) Me: "Thats not what I was saying." Tech: "That is what you implied by saying that" (Again super condescending) Me: "Well with that attitude how about I never take my scooter back to-" Tech: (cuts me off) "Ok well thank you for calling Vespa, bye." Hang up. Thank you Vespa for solidifying my dislike and now hatrid for your establishment off Greenville in Dallas. I will never be returning to your store. Google review will not be the only person hearing about this experience.

Bad customer service. Bad service reps. Go to Fort Worth one thats better. Even look at how this incompetent business responded to the guy below me who complained about them hanging up and being disrespectful. This business said sorry that you felt you had to be moved to front because you only changed the belt. Seriously? You are sorry about that? You arent sorry for being rude or sorry that he/she had to suffer from bad service? My complaint is both in person and calling to make an appointment. They were rude to me as well. While I was going through replies I saw that response and decided to go to the Fort Worth one because this business is hopeless. Learn some manners and try to pin point what the complaint/problem is. You need some critical reading lessons.

Ive been in the Car and Finance Biz for quite a few years, so Im pretty particular when it comes to transportation and negotiations. Having said that, You just couldnt ask for better people. The process is easy, the choices boundless, I couldnt make up my mind for 2 days, not because of indecision, but by the choices you have with interest free financing, slightly used scooters, the accessories. Geez, it was just a pleasant experience. Randy is the owner, and if hes busy, you have Kevin. Listen, if you own a store or work in retail, you know you cant make everyone happy, ya just cant, but Randy will do whatever it takes to make it right. This is a good family owned, local business. Give em a shot.

I brought 2 Vespas (50CCs) that had been sitting in the garage for 12 years to Vespa Dallas. Their maintenance team, specifically Allen, patiently walked me through the process of what they would need to do to get the Vespas up and running and gave me a ballpark estimate of what it would cost. I picked them up and I am happy to report that my two Vespas are humming along as if they are brand new! Bottom-line-Vespa Dallas team does good work and they have employees that I trust (trust is everything when you know nothing about the product!). I personally recommend using them, whether its for buying your new ride or getting it serviced.

Vespa Dallas takes scooters seriously! My scooter had been sitting in the garage for months with a dead battery. My original dealer, who was primarily a motorcycle business, had dropped scooters completely and would no longer provide service. I got the scooter to Vespa Dallas and it was ready to go in a few days. Excellent service!
