Stay away from this store. Store employee tried to physically attack me. Zero customer service and very rude employees. They will do whatever it takes to rip you off and take your money and they blame it on policies. This place wants to enforce standards and yet they have no standards. They give Fedex a bad name. It used to be a good store until a year ago. Never again I will allow my employees to step foot in this place. Go to Fedex down the street. Professional and trustworthy

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FEDex Center! There is an African American male employee who is RUDE as HELL! VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I reported him to the District Manager, who talked as if she was going to really really handled the employee. WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORY ON YESTERDAY, I SAW THIS SAME EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE! I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP AT FEDEX STORES IN THE METROPLEX

Dont ever get anything printed by these people. My wife had them print some calendars. We got the calendars back and they had a horrible misprint where a picture of my wife was stretched left-to-right. My wife took these back. They said theyd correct their screwup for $36.

Bad - they only have one computer. So if you wanna pop in and print something there is almost always someone already on the computer. So youll likely have to go somewhere else. I did talk the nice lady into printing it from her computer but thats not always the case.

Clean store, super-friendly customer service, short wait times. I read some other reviewers and I was tentative about coming here. They mustve gotten rid of their bad apples. Great folks now.
