This location is borderline fraudulent. Every time I prepay and prepackage my shipment, I walk in to drop it off; EVERY TIME they tell me "oh, you cant ship that box- itll never make it; we can put it in a new box for $24.99" The shipments I package are extremely well packaged and would definitely make it. I have taken the exact same package to both UPS and USPS and they take it without blinking and eye. Definitely wont be taking it to this location that only accepts packages they shipped, with "Fedex" written across the box. FRAUDS

I wanted to return an item with a prepaid return label. They wouldnt accept the return package because I have a "used" return box. Enrique suggested a new box to return it and wanted to charge me $14.99 for the box and the packaging. Thank you for wasting my time.

Very disappointed on the limited selection of professional printing paper and that they have no envelopes other than large manilla ones. They are also understaffed as having one person on a busy Monday morning.
