Extremely poor customer service. In the store now while 2 staff members are here, only 1 working the front desk, while multiple customers are waiting. The phone rang off the hook for about 4 minutes while here, then finally the second crewmember picked it up. If he is on break, he should not be visible to customers, and should resume his break during non-peak hours. UPDATE: To top it off, my print order was wrong.
