We bought a Toshiba Satellite at this store in August, 2014. Yesterday 6-2-2015, the system crashed. It would not boot from any media - black screen. I called Toshiba, knowing that my one year warranty was still in effect, and talked to some lady in India. She told me the only thing that she could do was send a mobile tech to my house for $179. I told her that I had a one year warranty and she said the problem was the hard drive. How could she tell? She could not remote in and she was sitting at a desk 6500 miles away!!! Took the computer back to this Staples and some 40 year guy looked at the computer after he was shown the receipt and the date of purchase. He tried to turn it on and when it wouldnt boot he said "probably the hard drive. I need to charge you $150 to take a look at it." She walked out. We went to Best Buy. They will look at it AND file the warranty claim. Thanks Best Buy!! We will make sure to shop there in for future computer needs and go to Staples for pens, paper and pencils.

I just walked out of the Staples on 287 and it was about to be an occupy Staples situation. I needed to return an ink cartridge that I purchased from them. I had no idea that there was a 14 day return policy (which does that anymore). Anyhow, i asked the assistant manager if i could just get a gift card since i wanted to by a cover for my wifes kindle fire. The AM said yes and went to speak with the manager. He then comes out and says that i cant get the gift cars because this ink is old. I told them that this is where i purchased the ink so they sold me old ink. Then they manager comes

I had a great experience. I came to Staples with my 2 young children only to discover upon checking out that I left my wallet at home. The cashier was so empathetic that she not only insisted that I leave my basket with her, but she made it important to tell her manager. Everyone was ok with my leaving my items until I returned. Upon arrival, my basket was waiting for me along with the Dollar my daughter left in the shopping cart.

I normally go to Staples in the Highlands in Arlington because they are great there, but one day I had some printing work that needed to be done after 7:00 and it was the first time I use this store. And they delivered! I left happy. Angelica at the printing center was so nice and so helpful and she got the work done really fast and was very gracious about it. I really love the attitude and professionalism of the staff there.

The Copy & Print center is amazing! They are so friendly, fast and make everything look amazing! They also have amazing prices, better than anything Ive found! Highly recommend these guys
