I do not think I will be going back to this Office Depot again. After searching for my items I went to check out and Jim and Amelia, the only employees I saw in the store, could not check me out properly and I left with no items. First, it was a hassle for them to discount a package of pens, as it was a buy 2 get 1 free sale, and then, after several errors from the computer system, the system locked up and i was moved from one register to another (After Jim tried to check me out on his smartphone?) Then, after more error notifications, I decided to just leave, because at this point I had been there for almost an entire hour. They told me it was my credit card, which isnt true because the first computer had read my card and showed my number and expiration date on the computer screen, and the error message did not read "insufficient funds," it read "form message error." 5 minutes before they suggested I "call my bank to check on my card," I had been told it was the system not my card. I am disappointed in the way they handled the situation and blamed it on my card when both computers had read my card and I had entered my PIN number twice by then. I think the store that day had been poorly staffed and the computer system needs to be updated or replaced. The employees were very rude, unhelpful, and even cussed and blamed me while I was right there to hear. All in all, one stars seems to much to give as a rating.

Very Impressed with Copy center. I needed a pic printed from online & they did it in 10 minutes & really went the extra mile to help me clue the cardboard to the back of the pic, one guy personally escorted me to the item I was looking for. Another time I printed 100 resumes and they did it in 1 hour. Another time I asked them to print some labels for to correct info on business cards and they did that in 2 hour. All the people who have helped me were friendly and went above and beyond their "job" to help me and they really know the merchandise. I am a happy customer.

Extremely rude lady in the copy center (talked to over the phone twice). Was very unhelpful with the project I wanted printed got annoyed when I didnt understand why should couldnt get my pages in the correct order, and didnt offer any solutions to my problem. Told her to forget it & cancel my order...then I immediately called the manager to tell her that girl does not need to be in a customer service position. I definitely will not be going to this stores copy center again.

Called about seeing what they could do to fix my computer. I told them the error code I was getting and the guys response was "google it." he then proceeded to tell me "all I could say is reinstall your operating system. Thats what we would do. I mean, we can do it for you but its 120 bucks if we do it." moron. I never write these complaints but this was ridiculous.

My wife and I come here to print documents more than anything. Great place to print in bulk or just a few copies. The staff is always helpful, but never hovering or trying to get you to buy something. Never busy. As a matter of fact, every time we go out seems like were the only customers in there. Everything you would expect this store to be and nothing more.

Excellent customer service. Manager went out of his way to make sure I got the office desk that I wanted. I called for a delivery time at the 800 number provided, with no help. I called this store and got a call back within 5 minutes as to when furniture would be delivered. Reasonably priced items, especially office furniture.

I have limited mobility. I wad met at the door and was offered by the store employee to wait at check out and he would return with the products I needed to save me from moving about the store. Im only guessing they had no mobility shopping cart. I appreciated this service.

Im happy that they were open so early. Was in a bind and they helped me greatly. Staff immediately available to direct me to items I needed. Checkout process was smooth and am very pleased that I was able to pay via Google Wallet.

Usually I love shopping here. They have self-help copiers that if you have questions they will help with. If you need help finding a computer they are one-shot. Always service with a smile.
