This was almost a 1 or 2 star review. Went to get my phone fixed after realizing that it cost the same as the mall shops but they had a reliable warranty on the repairs. They were not able to do it same day Sunday, so I came in Monday evening when the tech was in. Tech said he would not be able to get it done that evening, but another tech would be there to finish it up in the morning. Come morning time not only was it not finished, it had not been started yet. Apparently there was a miscommunication. Well I have to have my phone for work, so given the solutions the manager proposed I decided I would get it done same day at a place where I could actually pick it up same day (one closer to my work). I was frustrated but they did not argue and they did not make me feel like I had done something wrong or expected to much. They gave me my refund which was no hassle (but it was all cash, instead of half cash half credit card, which was strange). The manager on duty that was helping me (same one who helped me the Sunday before when there was no tech in) decided that my trouble was worth a gift card (more than a $5 gift card, which was even more unexpected). I didnt have to raise a fuss, I didnt have to convey how inconvenienced I was (which was very much so). She just apologized for the miscommunication, said she would rectify it for the future, and wished me a nice day after ringing out the Gift Card. Mistakes happen, theyre frustrating for everyone involved. The simple act of trying to make up for that mistake in a way that caused me as little hassle as possible will cause me to return to this location. It was an "Above and Beyond" response that was as pleasant as it was unexpected.

WORST STAFF. VERY POOR SERVICE, EVEN THEIR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT DID NOT RECEIVE HELP AND RESPONSE FROM THE STORE MANAGER. TOOK US OVER A MONTH TO TRACK OUR PHOTO PRINT ORDER WHICH WAS TO BE PICKED AT THIS STORE AND FINALLY HAD TO PLACE A NEW ORDER BECAUSE THEY WERE LOST BY THIS STORE...SAYING THEY DO NOT HAVE A MAIL BOX.....

Came here for a staple item all office supply stores should have in a expansive size. I needed small rubber bands small to bundle around business cards. But this store had only larger rubber bands that expand to 19 inches. What?!?! I went to the nearest competitor and they had my item in a plethora of sizes small - large!!

There was one out of about 4 employees who passed us who offered to help. The young woman at the check-out was on her phone when we came by. The store and products themselves were fine but its the customer service Im rating as less than satisfactory.

I always go to office depot to fax, scan, and print documents. They have never let me down and are really quick as long as there are not too many people waiting. I tip them too a dollar or 2 sometimes just because they do such a good job.

A visit here to copy old photos. The clerk was very knowledgeable and was able to scan and print on to photo paper. He even sent scanned items to our email. Gabriel was so helpful. Its business center is one of the best Ive used.

WARNING MORONS AHEAD, they have about the dumbest people there. I always leave annoyed. As long as you dont have to mess with the workers youll be alright, good luck with that, and shoplifting isnt advised.

Waited 25-35 min for 4 documents to be scanned, the scanner failed to convert the 4th document. Cashier charged me full price - what a total waste of my time. I still need the 4th document scanned.

Good for basic stuff, but business services are ridiculously high unless you do high bulk. For small stuff its better to go to a local place. Staff are knowledgeable but never in a hurry.

fine establishment but did not carry my preffered pen. the pilot bdw-40f. pressurized ink cartridge for only 7$. if they get them in Stock will get 5 star
