My husband and I have been messing with our printer for over an hour trying to print some really important documents that had to be turned in ASAP- that we were just told about in order for his paternity leave to go through. I have been using kinkos all the way in Keller had no idea that staples did these things too. A Very kind patient lady named Crystal was not even bothered that I walked in at 5min till closing. She printed off my documents in one minute upon arrival, And had us on our way at 8:58p ! :D very grateful for such an efficient and pleasant employee

You have reminded me why I started shopping online. Your staff was unhelpful, not knowledgeable and generally unapologetic for being so unhelpful. Your service bordered on indifferent. When I asked where something was I got a general "oh I think its over there, maybe on aisle X or y?" With a vague waive. When I inquired about price I got "well I dont have a scanner or anything... did you want me to check?" Nope. I asked because I DIDNT want to know. Thanks a lot. Youre really helpful.

Very rude service. Manager are all rude. And staff was rude. Couldnt be bothered by anyone in need of help. And a very dirty store, mice poop and mice everywhere and roaches. The only reason Im putting 5 stars is because I want people to see this. Dont go in and talk to Joel Davis, or Kevin the head manager. Both really rude people. They dont treat their employees right either. New management needs to come in immediately. Every employee looked unhappy to be there.

I got pages printed here this afternoon and the woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. However, I returned at 7:30 to get some cards laminated and was stopped by a manager who was talking to the same woman that helped me earlier. She was crying her eyes out and then he told me he wouldnt laminate my cards because they are closing in 30 minutes. Then told me I could just buy a laminator and do it myself.

Needed to ship something. Had to buy a box...shipping center could not check me out. Went to the front to check out with 10 people inline and only one register working. Shipping center also did not have any label covers. Took me 25 minutes to buy a box and ship something. Should have only taken 5 minutes. This store is very "tired"

I asked for paper that is watermarked. They told me they did not have any. I just saw online that they do have it. They just didnt know what it was and were not willing to find out. It didnt seem to matter that I wasnt going to get what I needed. Cashier was especially indifferent. I wont be shopping there again.

I end up coming in here frequently for printing. Whether Im printing legal documents, personal things, or just fun stuff the employees working the printing area have always been very kind, professional, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and helped resolve my issues very fast. Helped tremendously and even did it for such a low price I had enough money left over to get the laptop as well. Love this place and will continue to go back for as long as they are around.

The print center self-service area is pretty bad. Its technically not maintained by Staples but like xerox. All the copies were smudged and the guy behind the counter just ended up printing and copying it all for me.
