Salesmen were great. Helped us pick out the furniture we were wanting. Unfortunately, when furniture was delivered it was broken. Recliner was off the glider so it fell over backwards when in the reclining position. We drove back to Wichita to return it 90 miles one way. They ordered a new one and we drove back to pick it up another one way trip of 90 miles. Loveseat was put together wrong. It was not level. Console was crooked and hung off one end. The 2 ends of the loveseat were crooked. Staples were sticking out and pushing thru the fabric. They sent out replacement that had color stain on it. Still had staples sticking out. Plus had a piece of wood poking thru fabric. Promised us that if we gave them a 3rd chance they would get it right. Bought April 15th and 3rd set delivered July 6th. It also was crooked. We asked for the full refund for both recliner and loveseat. The delivery men took both recliner and loveseat with them. Ashley refused to overnight our refund. We live 90 min from Wichita. They want us to make 3 hour round trip to pick up check or wait 5 days for it to be mailed. They say they cant make out check until furniture is in their possession and the delivery truck does not count as their possession. Bought matching set. Ashley blamed everything on manufacturers and took no responsibility. We made 3 trips for recliner alone, pick up, return, and 2nd pick up. They want us to drive there again to pick up check rather than overnight it. 3 trips equaling 180 miles each trip for total of 540 miles. They want a 4th trip but refuse to pay for our gas. Do NOT buy from Ashley. Furniture in store is awesome but that is not what will be delivered. Wood on recliner & loveseat was particle board or pressed wood. It crumbled as delivery men brought it in. There were pieces of wood on our driveway where they broke off. Buy at own risk. Paid a lot of money for nothing. Now no furniture for a week while wait on check to arrive. Then we have to shop for furniture all over again. Need to have sign out front that says buyer beware.

Giving two stars for the fact that I received my furniture, and how hard the front desk person worked to set my order right. I told them I wanted all my furniture delivered at the same time. Delivery day comes, only my dining table and accent chair arrive. I call them, they say they had my sofa at the warehouse and there was a mix up, and that it would be there by 7 on the same day. They didnt come, no notifications or anything. Tried to call them, and they were closed already. Entire day was wasted waiting for something that didnt even come. Next day I call them again, they say there is a glitch in the computers and that there was no actual sofa, and it would take 2-3 weeks to order one. I ask them for a refund, and they followed up by asking to call me back. Miraculously they "found" one in one of their warehouses. Seems a bit fishy, going from having to wait 2-3 weeks to actually having one. Not a very good experience. They did waive my delivery charge however. Had to skip a few classes to wait for my furniture, on both days, because of this situation. It was originally supposed to arrive at a time that I didnt have to miss any. Overall, something supposed to be hassle free turned into a headache for me. Also on a side note, I was already working with an employee, and one came up and kept stalking me. He kept putting in his input when I was trying to speak to my girlfriend about the furniture. Definitely wanted some space, especially when we told him we did not need his help.

Im giving this store only 3 stars because of what has gone on after the sale. I dont remember the name of the 2 gentlemen that helped us but they were phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, patient and didnt push a sale. We bought a mattress, bed, dresser and 2 nightstands. The furniture was not in stock so they told us it would be 4-6 weeks to get it but wed get the mattress the next week (we came in on Saturday July 2nd). Here we are almost 9 WEEKS from the sale and we just received our furniture today. However we didnt get to keep everything we got because half of it was damaged. The headboard had dings, there was a hole in one of the bed rails, and one of the dressers feet was split down the middle. The delivery gentleman is the one that pointed it out to us so we didnt feel as if they were trying to get it by us without us noticing. I dont know when this all happened but I feel there should be more caution when it comes to loading and unloading to and from the warehouses and distribution centers. We now have to wait possibly 2-3 more weeks because the bed rails are not currently in stock. Feeling very frustrated but the experience in the store was great!

Absolutely loved everything about this store. Everyone is super friendly, approachable, very nice, and they are ready to negotiate for a great deal. They will work hard to make sure to find the right furniture set for you. I had a terrible experience at slumberland next door who REFUSED to acknowledge their own coupon that theyd sent. Ashley HONORED a coupon they hadnt event sent in a split second. I worked with Abraham Anwar, who was extremely helpful and very respectful. Highly recommend going to this store for a pleasant buying experience. I regret not going their in the first place. I will definitely be back in future when I need more furniture.

Love the Ashley HomeStore! I went in and my sales rep Amy Otten spent a long time with me showing me all kinds of sofas and side chairs. She was really patient and listened to what I wanted, she even showed me some special order items I didnt even know they had. We put together a sofa and chair that is perfection in my new place. Plus the prices were better than any other place Id gone in town and the furniture was top quality! Definitely recommend going in to see Amy for help with your next home furnishing needs! Also their delivery guys were top notch. They called before coming and got everything out together and set up for me!

I had a great experience! The sales person Debbie helped me a couple times before I finally ordered my furniture. She even took the time to help me pick out paint colors for the inside of my house which turned out perfect. When I finally came in to make my final purchase she wasnt there that day, but one of the managers helped me order my furniture. He knew the products well and helped me find a ottoman that wasnt featured online that matched the sectional I purchased. I loved the sectional I purchased before so much I ordered a second one for the other large room in our house.

First off this store is huge and contains a wide variety of bedroom sets, living room sets, and of course decor. I had my two couches delivered since it wasnt much extra to have that option (which was amazing because I have a small car). Z and Brent were the ones who brought my furniture and I have never met such polite and helpful employees before in my life. If you are like me and worry about the safety of your furniture, leave the anxiety behind because they have you covered. I will definitely be recommending Ashely furniture east!
