*Warning to all who plan on purchasing the Babacoa bundle* When you sample the Babacoa they serve it on the fresh bakery tortillas and she will tell you that it comes with the bakery tortillas, an avocado, and a 2 litter big red, but that is not what you get! You get the store Package tortillas Not the fresh bakery tortillas! And if like me a hard as a rock avocado! !!! When I called the bakery manager she said they only serve the samples on fresh bakery tortillas but it comes with the store package ones! How misleading!!! I had to speak with 3 different people before they offered me to go in and speak with a certain manager and they would compensate me. But I dont want my money back. Theres no price for Deceit!

Talked to a manager about holding boxes for a move and he said it wouldnt be a problem. All I had to do was leave my name and get there before 7 am and I could get the boxes. I should up at 640 am this morning and nobody had a clue what I was talking about nor did they have any boxes that I could take. The managers answer to my problem was "thats not my problem I dont save boxes " if I had known this I never would have gone and wasted time and gas for nothing. Their customer service is horrible.

For the most part its a good store but dont order a cake. Twice now Ive had issues. The first time they didnt have the cake ready and had to substitute a different one than what I ordered. This past time they didnt even let me know they didnt have what I ordered and pulled toys off their shelves to put on the cake. While I appreciate the effort, they didnt let me know and my mom picked up a cake that wasnt what I ordered. I will not be ordering a cake from HEB again.

Love HEB. I often go to walmart because its closer but i NEED this HEB. The meat is better the organization is pretty good i never feel like i wont the product i want. All things considered, if they were both the same distance away I would never go to Walmart again. The meat and the produce selection is always better the bakery is nice and they do offer a lot of other things that Walmart seems to just throw on a shelf and hope youll find.

I Purchased about $80.00 worth of groceries and used I few coupons. I was loading my groceries out In The parking lot when an HEB employee approached me and said "these coupons printed after you walked away" and she walked away. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to hunt me down. Thanks HEB for training great people! Totals savings for next purchase is already $11.00.

I live 13 miles from city base HEB and 17 miles from Pleasanton HEB, but I drive 26 miles to this location. They have the best selection of produce, meat and everything else. Its never crowded and everyone is friendly. All the employees love my baby boy and that makes me feel like a neighbor. I always save money here with sales and coupons, so it makes up for the drive

Its a very nice place is my second home, if you are lost or cant find something the employees are always keeping an eye on who they can help and they will find it for you or ORDER IT FOR YOU!!! I had never had such attentive team as my HEB!!!! Now they have grocery you can order on line and you pick up like your meds !! Hey!!! I need to that!!!!

All Texans love HEB but the Lytle store has real down home folks, very friendly and accommodating. Even when theyre busy the atmosphere beats out even the city HEBs for courteous employees AND customers. Great garden center. Meat and produce always are fresh. I often find products at this HEB that I dont find in any others.

Its a great place and all but I have to admit I have had a few items forgotten to be bagged up at checkout and I live an hour away so thats always a little frustrating but I get it, no one is perfect. So make sure everything is in your bags customers.

Love HEB! Great pharmacy that calls when scrip is filled, electric grocery carts for the disabled makes shopping a much more enjoyable experience. Helpful staff . Always offer to help with my groceries. Its a great place to shop.

Accidentally left a carton of cigarettes at the register and didnt notice till I got home, went back the next day and they didnt have any problems giving me a new one. The ladies at customer service were wonderful!
