When I first called to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and said they had no appointments available for the week and didnt even ask if I wanted to set-up another time and hung up. I decided to give them another try a few weeks later because it was close to work. Second time around, a different girl answered the phone and was actually nice and set me up with an appointment. When I got there, I was the only one waiting and it took 25 minutes for them to get me. No one greets me or even looks at me while im waiting. Apparently, they were too busy decorating the office for Christmas. The optometric assistant finally comes to help me and I can barely hear what shes mumbling to me. Not that she has to be extremely friendly but she wasnt even slightly nice. By the way, this office and the equipment looks like it is stuck back in the early 80s. When she was done with me, she sat me in another room and told me to wait on the Dr. Another 20 minutes later, and the Dr. finally comes in. He casually walks in and says "Hi." He doesnt even seem like he wants to help me. He goes thru the rest of the exam very quickly and before I know it, its over. He writes me a prescription and says they can help me out at the front desk. He said thanks and bye. Worst experience ever. Do not waste your time or money here. Im scheduling another appointment with a real optometrist at a different location.

I had been using this place for about 7 years. I have been there once a month to every other month to pick up contacts. It blows my mind that anytime I have ever walked in the door, I have never received a warm welcome. No one has ever taken the time to remember my name (not that big of a deal but a smile and how are you would work). I have walked in on several occasions where they are in such a deep conversation within their group of coworkers that I have literally walked up to the counter and stood there before I got a response. The staff has been rude on many occasions. They have worked together forever and it shows because they are really comfortable with not changing their ways. The lack of courtesy is just unprofessional if you ask me. I am officially done going here.

I have been going to TSO since I was 10 years old. I have seen many people come and go that work at TSO and with Dr. Harrell but the service has remained the same over the years. I have never experienced anything close to what was written below and doubt very seriously if Wal-Mart even comes close to providing the same service. I def have never experienced rudeness or lewdness at this place for 35 years. They are professional and have always provided the utmost care for my myself and daughter. BTW my mother, father and sister went there for years until they moved out of this area. Dr. Harrell is awesome and the staff has always been professional and well dressed. Thank you for many years of service to our family!!!

Ive received glasses prescriptions from opthalmologists that were not as accurate as the ones Ive received from Dr. Harrell, the optometrist at the Lewisville TSO. He always manages to get my vision corrected a bit better than the doctors do. He is the reason Ive been a customer there for almost 20 years. The equipment he uses is cutting edge, even if the wall paneling harkens from the 1920s. I can deal with the dated decor and sometimes overly-busy staff the one or two times a year I visit the location.

TSO and Dr. Harrell have taken care of our family for 11 years. They do a thorough job and use up to date techniques and supplies. My four children have basically grow up going to him. He now helps keep them on track as college students. If we ever need any glasses adjusted or repaired or a change in contacts they do service as promptly as possible. The office is dated but I would rather see them spend money on the best equipment and not a fancy office.

Wonderful staff and doctor. I thought I had a torn contact in my eye and was panicking, but I did not still have the contact in my eye but had irritated my cornea trying to find the contact. I as placed right into the office and the doctor saw me immediately, helped calm my fears and helped with me receiving new contacts.

My family has been going to this office for 20+ years and everyone has always been great! One time we went to new doctor in Denton because It was closer to our home and they wanted my medical insurance as well as my eye insurance and it cost me a lot more than it ever did at TSO Lewisville. They are very good!

The staff are just rude and just rude.They dont know how to treat the customers.And that is not good for the business.I will not ever go back there again.I will also tell me friends about this and not recommend for them to go there.Wal-Mart is the best place to go.This experience was just horrible.

They have always been polite, friendly, and rather prompt. My wait times are short and they move me through the eye exam quickly and present the options without any undue pressure. Nice people and the venue is the only thing that needs updating.
