Do not let Edith wait on you. Not only was she horrible to deal with in person - condescending and rude - she will not listen to the customer. When I actually called back to inquire about the status of my new glasses order she left me on hold for seven minutes - and when I called back she said she was talking to a friend on another line. Do NOT dead with EDITH at this Target optical. You will NOT be a satisfied customer.

My glasses took 12 days to come in. I tried to call, they always said they were busy and would give me a call back. Never any call backs, and they didnt even adjust my glasses when I received them. I even had to get someone in another department to find the person who should have been working there. The glasses just fall off my head all the time. Yeah this place is not good.

The Dr and staff were SO nice to me! I had to have my eyes dilated that day and it was hard to see when picking out my new glasses. Sam gave me her honest opinion and helped me pick out the perfect pair! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personable office

felt strange going to a target store for something as important as my vision Anyway I couldnt have been more wrong. Sam helped me decide on what frames to get and I couldnt believe how easy it was and with a really great price . I highly recommend this location !
