WORST Eye Vision Center ever! I came to this visionworks to get new glasses because my old glasses were getting too old. Anyways, I came and I got the eye exam to figure out my new prescription to get glasses, but the doctor who examined me was just horrible! They only have one main doctor that works for most days of the week. He talks too fast and does not talk clearly. He speaks too fast and most of the times you cant hear him right. Well when I was getting my test done, he talked way too fast and I asked him to repeat it when he said "one or two?" He didnt let me see the letters long enough to determine which one was better. Talks way too fast!!! This caused my prescription to get messed up. I didnt know it then, but when I came back a week later to pick the two pairs of glasses up, I tried them and the vision was way OFF. It was blurry and I knew they messed it up. Secondly, I complained and they retaked the test for me and i had to tell him to go slower, then I came back again to pick them up and they were good vision. But then there was another problem, the second pair of glasses were too LOOSE! They did not fit at all and the lenses were too close to my eyes and eyelashes. I complained and they tried adjusting the glasses with their tools and hands, but it just kept on slipping off. And what I dont get is that when I went there for the first time to pick my glass pairs, the glass that was loose, the sample glass fitted me well and when I came to pick it up it was sooo loose. I just had sooo many problems with this place that was horrible. The employees there are really rude and when we came back to tell them about it being too loose and too close to my eyes, they seemed very mad and annoyed. I mean its my right to come back to them and say what I have to say because if I dont then it would be a waste of money. I paid 500 dollars for these two pair of glasses. And there is a 30 day back guarantee return. If they were good employees they would say "no problem" and just be more understanding. This one girl employee is especially rude. This place needs to train their workers to be more friendly when you have problems with your glasses or contacts. They should be understanding and not be frustrated with their clients. It was their fault the whole entire time and they tried to make you feel like its your fault. Horrible horrible service!!! I recommend to never go to this place. Personally, I think BJs is a better vision center than here because they at least have friendly employees. DONT EVER GO THERE! They wasted my time. If you want to get your money and happiness worth go someplace else. ALL THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL!!! This review is coming from an unsatisfied customer. Please trust and believe in me, if you want to save your time and money!

Should of read the reviews before I chose this place. I was honestly only concerned about convenience. ..but I see that was a mistake. I went in to pick up my contacts and the customer service was not good at all. They dont even greet you when you walk in??? I didnt get a "Hi, welcome to Vision works; well be with you in a second" or anything. I thought that was strange. I walked straight to the desk where I was originally helped because there was an associate standing there (not helping anyone). The associate glared at me and walked towards another customer. Weird. In confusion, I just watched her as she walked away. I literally had to leave the facility, go to the car and grab my husband and try again. THEN, I was greeted? It was an awkward experience that I definetly will not go through again. If there was a negitive 10 choice Id choose that. Customer service is a big deal, dont you want your custoners to feel comfortable enough to return??!

All the eye care providers that I have gone to in the past were decent. Doctors Vision Works at Harford Mall was terrible. You are told to wait to be taken cared of by a Vision Works rep at the counter but all they do is take more walk ins and ignore you. You have to constantly remind them that you are still waiting. In the meantime, they handle more customers ahead of you. They finally got to me after two hours. I had much better experience with Vision Associates. They can handle the scheduling of customer patients more effectively instead of overbook a hoarde of people at home time. There is little or no wait when you arrive for your scheduled appointment.

I dont understand the bad reviews. I personally thought the customer service was above beyond. Rebecca helped me originally when I just wanted a rough estimate on the price. When I came back in I was pleased with how easy and simple the whole process was. Alvin and Cynthia helped me find the two frames I saw online that I liked. Even the manager went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the service which I definitely am. When I received the glasses they were perfect. Like having a new set of eyes. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Most of these reviews arent reliable, the reviews are written for Visionworks from different locations. This isnt in Hartford mall, nor has a Dr.Lee on staff. The staff here are great! All of them have experience, and will give you a great opinion on style and fit for your prescription. I initially came in and worked with the Rebecca, for a quote. I later came back and worked with Cynthia and Kellie who were very professional and knowledgeable about lenses. They worked within my budget to get me the best glasses for a good price! I highly recommend this shop.

This review is about the Visionworks at MacArthur Park in Irving. This was second time visiting this center. Last year got my glasses made from here and the experience was very nice. The gentlemen with the beard was professional and very helpful. This time went for my wifes glasses and the experience with the lady was bad. She probably was new and thus fumbled a lot. While picking up the glasses she did not even check how they fit and was not able to answer few questions we had. Not very professional and we left longing for better service.

The Los Colinas Visionworks store has the most friendly staff and the glasses selections were excellent. The Manager Kellie helped me & she had no trouble finding a few pair of glasses that were perfect for me. She explained what my insurance covered and was able to get me a great price for buying two pair of glasses. A few measurements later and my order was processed. When I received my glasses, they fit perfectly and looked amazing. I have had several compliments on my new glasses and have Kellie at Visionworks to thank.

I had an awesome experience at this Visionworks! I found my of glasses with the help of one of the managers, Alvin. He took time to make sure that I knew everything about the pair of glasses I wanted to purchase, and described the pros and cons as well. My vision is not the greatest, so having the additional information about which frame would work best with my prescription (i.e., thickness of the lenses) was very helpful. I would recommend this location to my friends and family and will come again when I need new glasses.
