The sales section is very friendly and very patient with you. The Dr side on the other hand is absolutely horrible will put you on hold for long periods of time , and then hangup on you. The girls will be extremely rude with no care for customer service. They have no care for how they treat patients. I would definitely not recommend this location.

New staff has terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. They are definitely losing customers with this attitude. I have been going there for years when it was Eye Masters. Im definately not coming back here.
