First time i went in, I waited one and a half hours while other people walked in after me and obtained servicing before I did. (BTW i even had an appointment and still waited) 2nd time i went in, I waited for an hour with zero done to my vehicle. It wouldnt have been so bad, but both times I went in for a rotation and balance that was paid for at the time of purchase. 2 out of 4 bays were empty and enough personnel to work on 10 cars, but an hour later i walked out with nothing done. They go out of the way to sell you tires, but when it comes to maintaining them they run away. If you arent buying new tires, you just sit there, and sit, and sit, and sit. I will no longer go back to them due to the poor service and poor tires I purchased that they swore would help in wet weather. I still slip and slide even with the new tires. What a waste of money. Im out! Will shop around next time to see who actually cares about their customers.

I went in for balancing and rotation and they found a nail in one of the tires, which made it unrepairable. Unfortunately, they did not have it in stock and had it ordered from their warehouse. It appears that high end tires for Mercedes are rarely in stock. this is not the first time. I had to come back at noon the next day. When I arrived it was going to take over an hour so I rescheduled for 8am so I could be first in line. When I arrived the third time, they were unable to find the new tire that was ordered and had to come back AGAIN. I was very upset that they did not have their act together especially after being advised that the tire was in the day before. I asked to be call from another store when the tire was in. I was very disappointed with this store. They definitely gave Discount Tire a bad name especially when reputation is everything. Its funny that when you buy the warranty the service is not as good. I came in today (9/26/16). I chose my tires and made an appointment online. came in a little early and they were busy. the guys behind the counter were working as fast as they could. they acknowledged that I was there waiting and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. I didnt wait long, stood for 2 minutes at the most. We went out to look at my truck, and he said it would probably take 45 min- 1 hr. I had planned on leaving my truck there, so I had a ride with me when I dropped it off. 30 minutes later he called and my tires were on and my truck was ready to be picked up. I dropped it off with the spare on one tire, and they even put it back on the storage spot. Kuddos to crew that was on today.

Awesome overall experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and overly helpful staff. Answered my questions with patience and ease, honored/matched the online prices/coupons I had found, and even got me in as the last appointment of the day after I made the decision to purchase four new tires a few minutes before close. Will definitely be getting my work done at Discount Tire in the future, wherever I may be (currently traveling). if you already purchased tires your on the end of list....end of the fkn list...been a customer since 1983!!!!! where are your Ariel supervisors!!!who runs your customer info!!!!! Discount Tire Company leaders in tire sales...think bigger!!!for more property!!!build build build!!! customer recognition!!!!!!stores just for repair- balance-other issues...triple your output...how much each customer has spent looking for satisfaction...hopefully someone higher up reads these reviews...faithful customer..have it show up on your stores screens...have a stall open just for them....

Came in 10/19 around 815AM due to a flat rear passenger side tire. Store opened at 8AM but there was already a line of people when I got there. They were able to take a look at the tire (there was a nail in there) and patch it that morning. They also noticed a nail in one of the other tires and patched that as well (which probably would have gone flat if they hadnt noticed). It took about 45m and everyone was pretty friendly. Id recommend going early since you may encounter a long line if you get there later.

I went there because I was suspecting that one of my tires is loosing pressure slowly. I thought I need to change them. So, The guy named Carlos was really helpful. He did a free inspection, found out the problem with my tire (It was because of a nail got stuck in it) and fix it for free. But he also recommended me to change a couple of tires after a few months later as the thread looks worn out. I am really happy with their behavior and service

I made an appointment online and showed up the next day to get my new tires installed. The salesman showed me a tire set that were much better than the ones I had selected online and were only an additional $20. Normally I dont like to be upsold but I really did appreciate his honesty and so I bought the more expensive tires. I am very happy with my smooth ride...thanks again for the great service.

I came in when my low tire pressure indicator lit up. Carlos was friendly and greeted me at the door. He didnt hesitate to walk out to my car and check all four tires while giving me advice on how much they should be inflated and how often to have them checked - all for free. The indicator light went away and I couldnt have been happier with the service!

This is the only tire shop I give my business to! The staff are fast, friendly, and efficient. Went to firestone earlier today to fix a small hole in my tire, after i heard the price they wanted to charge me I called Discount Tire. Drove another mile or two down the road, got the work done cheaper and in less time. Discount Tire never lets me down!

This place is awesome. Flats fixed for free! Best tire prices in town. Honest, friendly service and advice. The option road hazard protection covers any dang thing that can happen to your tires while driving, forever. You can even purchase road hazard for tires that came on a car you just bought!

Helpful staff, quick service, knowledgeable staff, good products. Needed a replacement tire after running over a screw. They matched my tire and replaced it within an hour. They even offer water and coffee while you wait. Pleasant experience. Will use then again.

I love this tire shop, Ive been a customer for almost 10 years and they have always been honest professional and fast as possible getting your car in and out. This is the only tire shop I use mainly because of their honesty and skill, it can be quite busy at times though.

They took care of my tires when even Firestone wouldnt honor their warranty. I ended up selling my tires to them that I had bought from Firestone in exchange for a better set. They gave me a great price and always honor their warranty. Dont go anywhere else!
