Wonderful service!!! I noticed the previous day my tire was leaking and used a can of fix-a-flat before finding a screw puncture. After stopping by another place and being told I couldnt be fit in until the next day, I stopped by Discount Tire because it was on my way. As I pull up, I notice a motto written on the wall of their repair bay "To Be the Best." Mechanics were all working diligently on vehicles and another associate was outside helping a customer. Walking in the lobby, I was second in line to be helped. I could see all of the employees were moving with a purpose to get work done. Thats a change from some other repair shops Ive been to were guys just saunter around and will help you when they get a chance. I had to wait about 5 to 8 minutes before I could be seen, but several times employees (including the manager) stopped to apologize for the wait, thank me for stopping in and assure me theyd get right with me. When it was my turn, I was greeted with a handshake and asked for my problem. We immediately went to look at the puncture, and the associate checked tire depth and told me they could take care of it in 45 minutes. I went to eat, came back on time and my vehicle was waiting for me. The manager on duty checked me out and explained the repairs. When I went for my credit card, he waved me off, saying the service was FREE! He just asked me to refer friends and family to them for their tire needs. You rarely find this kind of commitment to customer satisfaction, so its important to call it out when you find it. Thanks team for the great experience, and I intend to come back in the future with any tire issues I want serviced.

I usually buy my tires at NTB, I decided to try a new place since they always make me wait an hour just for a tire rotation. I used to use Discount tires on my vehicles when I was younger but never liked that you have to go elsewhere for an alignment. So I narrowed it down to Discount Tire and Pep boys since they both offer a military discount. I decided on Discount Tire because it seemed like it was going to be cheaper. On the phone I asked both places to give me "the out the door price after taxes and all". Pep boys said $683 and Discount Tire said $663. Discount Tire did let me know they do not do the alignment but Econo Lube next to them does and they would give me a coupon so the cost for alignment would be $50. I get to Discount Tire and now the out the door price is $690.72 and the military discount is not on the whole purchase (just the tire price). So I end up paying Discount Tire $650 for the set, installment, disposal. I get over to Econo Lube and the alignment is not $50, instead it is $69 plus tax. I overpaid about $100 for everything at the end of the day. I hope it was worth it. I will be calling synchrony to cancel my Discount Tire card and will not be coming back for any more purchases with them. Next time I will give my business to a company that can be honest and forthcoming.

Normally I dont have any issues here, but todays visit got 1 star. I was the first person outside before they opened, got the first person to come outside to greet us, yet five cars/people that were after me got their cars into a bay immediately, and out of the bay, and were on their merrily way home, while I still sat and waited. When I noticed all the other cars were already getting worked on, I asked, he looked in the system and said there were two more in front of me....HOW?!!! I had a nail in the tire, brought the car in for a patch, at least one of the other cars "in front of me" also had a nail/got a patch job"...yet here I sit...still waiting. One of the other customers even said something to me about it. SMH....Update...Im still here, and all 6 other people that were outside with me are all gone...Update...the bay workers are OK with me, when my vehicle finally got in the bay, it was quick, but still not sure how I ended up last to get in. Sketchy!

Ive been taking my car here for a couple years now. While the service being performed and the prices are the best in town (hence why they get 2-stars), I recently had an experience here that has permanently turned me away from this store. Its understandable that as a mechanic, you get your hands dirty. I am a diesel mechanic in the Air Force. After each job, I wash my hands thoroughly prior to touching other items that do not need brake dust, grease and dirt all over them, like the Light colored interior to my $85k Audi. Regardless of the value of my car, even if it were a cheap A-to-B beater, customer service dictates you treat peoples possessions with care and consideration. This did not happen as the technician left brake dust all over the inside of my vehicles interior. If you care about the condition of your vehicle as most do, avoid this place.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. This place is great and I will highly recommend to all my friends and family. My tires were worn out and with the rainy weather I knew it was so unsafe to be out and about. Im familiar with this location so I drove straight there. I was sceptical as I have never had to shop for tires on my own. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by the staff. The place was packed. I was serviced by a young man named Dario. He was friendly, super efficient and very knowledgeable. He made the experience painless. I couldn’t believe I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Wow! Im such a happy customer. I usually never take the time of leave a review but the experience was so amazing I just had to take a minute.

I bought tires here with a 50,000 mile warranty. After less than 30,000 miles they developed uneven spots that caused vibration. When I took it in for new tires they would not prorate the new tires. They said it was MY fault for not rotating the tires every 3 months. Who has time to rotate tires every 3 months. Plus, no way in hell does not rotating tires lead to bumps in the tread; all rotating does is make the front and back wear out at the same rate. I never had such a problem with any other tire. To honor the warranty they would only have had to knock a few bucks off the replacements, but they would not even do that. Got my replacements at NTB and have over 50,000 miles on them with no problems and never rotated them once.

They were extremely helpful and quick to respond. You can tell they get pretty busy, but what I saw was a group of guys trying to get to everyone as fast and professionally as possible. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted. Took me a bit to make up my mind on all the options I was given, but they werent pushy about it at all. Of course like any business they are going to try to sell you whatever they have, but I Felt like they were really trying to work with me and give me the best option that I felt comfortable with in the end. I appreciated that very much. Definitely looking forward to continue to do business with them.
