Its convenient to have this store in Charlotte. However, they need seem to have the right amount of staff. The place looks like it was run over by Black Friday every day. I am sure there is a manager somewhere pushed to control their payroll. It is definitely not from nobody wanting to work. They need to clean up their act and run their business as if they had some competition. The employees for the most part seem to care, they just seemed burned out by aggressive staffing.

Nice in the evening but Durning the day no one seems to greet you and when you get something on clearance they a question you when they can clearly see its the same items in the clearance area but still tell you no its not

The wait and it seems like they are not very good about inventory cause their out of this and that really need someone who can grab the bull by the Horns and quit milking the cow .
