Worst experience I have ever had in the world of customer service. I was upset with service so had said something and several of the staff were laughing at me. So much for caring about my safety and health as a pregnant woman. Guess the pharmacist doesnt realize added stress isnt great for baby or me either. Cried for 2 hours after being laughed at....... So professional if you cant handle a pregnant woman, how can you handle worse situations there as a boss and manager????

I am not one to complain, but every time I use this pharmacy, there is a problem. I am not sure if it is because they are not on board with the doctors and offices around the area, but there is always a problem that arises. And if you have medicaid for your children, FORGET ABOUT IT!!! It is simply a nightmare.

Extremely rude customer service guy at pharmacy. Rude to me & whined about having to do his job. His manager was standing next to him and he heard the conversation & said nothing. This is the third time in a year my family has had poor customer service there. Ill go to Walgreens from now on.

Ordered birthday invitations from CVS in Kerrville. They were printed quickly and correctly and the customer service was great when I picked them up. They even wrote a Happy Birthday wish to my 5 year old... who was extremely happy when I showed her the note. Thank you so much!

I have been a customer of their pharmacy for over 2 years & even when I bring a new script in it has never taken more than 20 minutes to get it filled. The staff has always been friendly & helpful.
