Rude jerks! I ask for a Otterbox Defender for my S7 Edge, they tell me its not made. I just took one off my phone because I broke the holster clip. I tell the guy, yes they do, and he fires back, well we dont have one. Thats all you had to say, its not in stock instead of lying to me that they dont make one. In fact they dont even deserve the 1 star I gave them, but it wont let me rate them any lower.

Decided to go down to Verizon on my lunch break to transfer my line to a new phone. I waited in line for just about a half hour and one customer had just made it through checkout when I left. They said, well be right with you when I walked in the door. This was a waste of my time. Not everyone has a day off to sit in the store for an hour to get customer service. This store has lost my business.

Im shocked how horrible the service is here. So they were holding the samsung note edge for me! But I had to wait for a hour to get permission from the account holder and the manager decided to give the phone to the other store without talking to me when i was at the store the whole time!

I wouldnt go anywhere else for my Verizon account. They always find ways to save me money and lower my monthly bill. They always have great deals in the store on tablets and accessories and the manager there makes you feel like family!

This store is all about customer service. When I have gone to other stores in town they try to sales before they help. I have been going to this store for about a year, the manager Tyger and his team are exceptional!

The Verizon wireless stores in Williston are the worst Verizon stores Ive ever been too. If you want a better customer service and feel like youre valued Id recommend going anywhere else
