From online to over the phone and in the store the associates at Field and Stream were excellent and knowledgeable. I searched on line for a specific product and not only did I find exactly what I was looking for but I found it at an excellent price. When I called my local store, this new Katy Location, I spoke to an employee who was very, very kind and extremely helpful in locating not only the product but the accessories I needed as well. He gave me the price of the item I was looking for which was EVEN LESS in the store, he gave me a list of potential accessories and their prices to compare and then put my items on hold for me. When I went into the store much later in the day, despite the fact that the items had been put back on the shelf, the associates were unbelievably helpful in finding those items again for me. My checkout was easy and simple, got the score card and the protection plan for my item and everything was explained in detail with great care for my understanding. Bravo yall, keep it up!

Stood at the firearms counter for over 45 minutes without being acknowledged. They have a number system but I guess they werent using it that day... they made sure and help the woman in tight jeans pretty quickly though....save your time and go to a local gun shop.

Awesome place, has everything you would need compact into a little store with very fair prices. Just wish some staff members wouldnt creepily stare and follow us and stare non stop in the archery area.

Every thing you need for hunting from crossbows to handguns plus its linked to Ducks sports store and Golf Galaxy where you dont need to exit the store it makes shopping easy !

More like a clothing store with some outdoor stuff. Not a big store. Lots of departments, but not a large selection in each...except clothing!
