This place is DISGUSTING the rates that you pay are whatever values they put into the computer. The prices are not set for their services, I paid $100 for a prescription, and got discounted glasses a "free" eye exam and so much other bull crap. I have my own doctor but I went to this place because my girlfriend has been going here a while. I will say I am a person who likes quality and this place is far from it! The equipment they use is outdated and cannot produce accurate vision tests. I ended up paying $770 yea real stupid of me. I could have gone to my optometrist Cathy Nguyen located off of Northwest freeway she is one of the best eye doctors I have come across and there is a vision works right next door. Now dont be deterred it would have cost me at most $100 for an exam at Dr.Nguyens office and then $540 for a year supply of Acuvue Oasys contact lenses and a $200 pair of glasses!!!! Along with little discounts here and there. And I will add I have no insurance. Dont waste your hard earned money at this place its a huge scam. They have you sign a paper stating all sales are final no refunds. Gosh I was stupid..

Horrible servicio!! no recomendo este lugar!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! i agree with the other review, as spanish speakers they know that they will keep receiving customers because it attracts the spanish speaking individuals ONLY because they speak spanish, but individuals in latin culture most but not all dont know a lot about other options they may have as far as receiving better service elsewhere.. theres been several times that they dont attend us the right way, and also given my family bad service. please look elsewhere these people dont deserve your business. they are rude and dont give good customer service. but i do have to say this one doctor is great, its a white lady, shes very informative, she spoke to me about school and career options, very sweet.. but they seriously need better staff members.

Me lleve un mal rato el servicio horrible y los presios demasiados altos.. Y cuando fui a recojer los lentes de mi hijo estaban todos flojos y le digo ala quelos da que estan muy flojos que cuando yo los encargue entaban firmes y me responde " aver damelos y regresa cuando este el sr del laboratorio" me dio un coraje como q si se los estaba pidiendo regalados

Stay away from this place (wirt rd) their service is horrible, they think because they are Spanish Speaking they can give bad service and the latinos will still came.. they are wrong, please Dr. Torres do somehting about it.

This place is terrible there is 1+ hour waits, its really hot, and its very unprofessional. When I asked how much longer I had to wait the lady at the front desk gave me a mean look. Dont waste your time this place is crap.

Worthless. Dont spend ur time and money here. Horrible customer service. The doctor doesnt even care that you have been waiting for an hour or more for a follow up. N its expensive. 140.00 for eye check.
