My friend and I were so thrilled to be going and getting our ears pierced. Upon walking in they told us they had no change and suggested we come back with change, just as I was about to leave which I couldnt because they had taken our IDs, she suggested she could go find change. That being the least of our problems, then they proceeded to waking up the guy who was doing the piercing because he was asleep in the back, needless to say he was grumpy and not friendly at all. But! That was not even the worst problem, I went first I told him I had never gotten a piercing before, he obviously didnt care since he did not give me instructions on how it was going to go, he had a hard time putting the earring in which really hurt my ear, after 10 minutes of bleeding a bunch and him trying to put the earring in he pierced it again and then finally got the erring in. My friend also had a hard time. BUT both of our ear piercings got INFECTED!!!! He didnt give us instructions on how to take care of it but we googled it, my friend actually had to take her piercings out and the hole closed, so money wasted there. I had to see the doctor to get some anabiotics for the infection. WARNING DO NOT GO FOR PIERCINGS!! 100% chance of Infection, probably because its not the cleanest place.

The absolute best shop Ive found so far in Houston!!! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was very neat and clean. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and eager to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for a great price. She was so sweet! Val did our piercings; one vertical hood piercing and one septum piercing. He was a gentleman the entire time!!! He was very professional and respectful through the process as he explain everything to us from beginning to end. He has the patience of a saint! Through all the squirming and almost backing out he talked us through each process and kept an amazing composure. I will absolutely be coming back very soon for more work. This was an amazing experience and the company is awesome!!!!!

The most absolutely best piercing session I have ever had!! Ive came here many times in the past for price quotes and the staff is friendly ever single time. I recommend you come here for every piercing you get. Dano is his name I believe hes the most chillest dude I have ever met. I came in for nipple piercings and let me tell you I was nervous as hell. He explained everything from start to finish on how the process was going to go as well as great aftercare tips. He made sure I didnt pass out by giving me water and laying down between each piercing. Clean equipment. Clean facility. Excellent professional service not once did I ever feel uncomfortable. I cant wait until they heal!! Thank yall again!

I got my lip pierced here and it was probably the cleanest place Ive ever been to. The guy who pierced my lip was really nice, funny, and gave me good instructions on how to keep my lip pierced. Im going back this Saturday to get my nipples pierced.
