I had a fantastic first tattoo experience with Jason Peoples! I have been thinking about getting one for about a year now. I wanted to get a nice tasteful tattoo that would be a symbolization of some significant changes and challenges in my life. I was nervous about where to go and spent a lot of time looking up reviews for shops in my area. Magic Needle has great and accurate reviews. Its clean and the staff are very professional, as well as talented. Peoples reviews are dead on. Hes easy going, friendly, talented and works great under pressure. He was busy, but took it all in stride, made his clients at ease, esp me, and did great work. I love my tattoo and my experience was actually painless (got it on my thigh). Im going to send him some ideas for another tattoo and hes going to design one as a gift for my husband. I cant wait to see the results! Thanks Jason! P.S. The reviews that say they had to wait too long, my advise if in a hurry, be patient, its worth it; secondly, if youre in that much of a hurry, schedule an appointment or come back another time! The busy times of their day are posted on this listing, plan ahead, especially if youre making a decision like this that is permanent and/or is important to you!

LOVED Magic Needle. I got my cartilage double pierced at a shop down the street and received the worst treatment ever. I came into magic needle to see if anything could be done about my screwed up piercings and Ron helped me out. He was nice, answered all my questions, gave me a ton of information, and gave me a great deal since I had been through a nasty experience at the other shop. I would give him and Magic Needle so many more stars if I could.

Went there a couple months ago to get my belly button pierced and even though the place was clean and all but the guy that pierced me smelled bad and he didnt tell me jack about the care! Usually they give you a piece of paper but they still tell you a little bit and but he pierced it wrong because the ring I had slipped out and disappeared and then I replaced it before it closed up and it tore through the skin so he didnt pierce the navel itself

Ive had 3 piercings and 3 tattoos done at Magic Needle. Peoples has done all my tattoos and is great at his talent. His sense of humor is great and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my tats. Ray has done all my piercings and he is quick and will walk you through the whole process. The shop is clean and very sterile which was a huge plus for me. I would definitely recommend Magic Needle to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo.

I Highly Recommend piercings and Tattoos from here Tony is the ONLY Person who I trust to touch me with ink he did 5 out of 6 of my tattoos all custom work. He is not heavy handed and laid back he enjoys what he does. My piercings never hurt when i get them he is so gentle and kind and honest. But he likes to Psych you out lol. Love you guys Im letting my Tongue heal after getting it opened again hate healing tho...

Ive been going here since I was 16 (22 now) to get piercings from Ray, and I have yet to be disappointed. I got my labret pierced to match my medusa and he matched them perfectly. He is very meticulous with his placement, and has a very steady hand! Ive never had a tattoo here, or a tattoo at all, so I cant say anything on that behalf; but I will continue to come back. Great prices, very clean shop!

Just got back from getting my first tattoo. I had Jason as my artist. He drew up a nice design (even though mine was really simple what I wanted). He was extremely nice and done a GREAT job. Will be going back in the near future for some more done and will have him do my ink :) Thank you very much, job well done!

Ive had three piercings done at Magic Needle and they all turned out great! No problems with healing, prices are fair, and even though the piercing guy intimidates some people, hes actually really nice and definitely knows what hes doing. This is the ONLY place in the Houston area I trust with piercings

I got my nipples pierced and they look amazing. Pain yes duh NIPPLE? But the next day it felt normal you almost forget that you have but of course have to take care of them. They gave me a paper with how to take care and clean and stuff like that! ❤️❤️❤️✌

I have been there many times. I know the owner he is a very good man. I even took my two daughters up there on their 18th birthday per their request and paid for their first tattoos there. They are extremely clean and hygienic good place to go.

Definitely recommend this place. Was so scared getting my nose pierced. Out didnt hurt at all and they are very knowledgeable on what they do answering any questions you have and not making you feel stupid. Thanks guys.

Im not happy my tattoo hurts, its not my first tattoo either. None have ever hurt this bad! The artist said the redness would go away but its just spreading!!!
