They had our sofa for 3 weeks ( the max I was told) and I had to CALL THEM TO SEE ABOUT IT !! We Johnny and I talked about the redesign and off the sofa went out ,... Also I might add that this sofa was a very $$$ made and originally priced. When it was delivered and I said that this is not the design we agreed on the son said well there must have been a language problem (((give me a break))). I told him we spoke perfect English together and the son just nodded. The back cushions were made like a bisquit triskit There wasnt a feather to be found. I could have bought a better looking sofa from Bi RIte !! I hope that this situation gets remedied. Its 230 pm and the son said they was no one in the office to talk too,. Ill keep yo posted to see how this turns out !! What kind of customer service CLOSES at 230. The kid said they would talk to hin later tomorrow.

Johnny, was more than these reviews have listed. He delivered a product better than stores. His experience in working with leather is amazing. He made me a bench/twin bed size and looks like exactly what I wanted. He was fast, but work is superb! Now to keep the four kids off the white leather

couldnt be happier with the price, timing and quality of the upholstery job done on some really special, odd shaped, chair and ottoman cushions -even repaired the foundations and had our desired Sumbrella fabric in stock....

Avoid them like the plague. After going around and around with Johhny, I had to just chalk up the loss. I just let them keep the chair after they ruined it.
