This was my very first time ever going to At Home business as I entered the business I asked some employees about the company and explained it was my first time ever being in their type of business. The staff immediately told me all the wonderful discount how to shop the different locations and find the best deals as well as about online discounts. I enjoyed my strolls down the aisles. The only thing I noticed that would be a little better is 2 carts passing by each other can become difficult. So just an inch smaller on each cart would have made a lot better situation for passing other customers. I really enjoyed the variety of everything I got to see the store is extremely large so it was quite nice to see a map at the entrance to help you locate the items in particular that you may be looking for. However on this day I tried taking the end all of the store and I still dont think I covered everything. And fell in love with many different items that I just have to go back for on pay day.

This store has soooo much great stuff but it is beyond disgustingly messy and dirty. Ive been 3 times since September-each time is worst. The prices are reasonable. Prices comparable to Marshalls, Home Goods and Walmart. Quality on select items may be lil better. Employees are non existing. Cashiers not friendly or social. I feel sorry for them in that work environment(lack of leadership clearly) but also blame them...take pride in your work place. Product laying on floors, in isles, thrown, tossed on shelves not orderly. Not safest place to shop. To many bare shelves...not visually appealing.

If youre looking for cheap inexpensive expensive decorations for your home this is the place to go. This is the former Garden Ridge pottery. Now that theyve rebranded its mostly home furnishings and far less crafts. The store is still just as messy as it ever was. It seems like we dont have enough staff to help tidy everything up. Everything tends to look like it was shopped through. It seems like most of the merchandise is very cheap stuff that they get from China. Considering how well China regulates safety and its products I kind of question if you should buy some of the items here.

I had a gift card that I got for mothers day that I finally got to use well when I went to pay the card kept giving an error and the cashiers were very patient and called the manager (jackie) and that stupid lady wouldnt even bother coming to the front I could hear what she was saying because she was talking on a radio and all she would tell the cashier is " tell her to swipe it theres nothing else" so instead of finding a solution she would rather just have a dis satisfied customer thanks Jackie for nothing

Oh my gosh I could spend days in this store! It has everything you could ever need for your home. Its a little disorganized but not too bad considering how much stuff they have and how many people shop there. I would not want to have to try to keep it organized so kudos to the employees. Prices are reasonable and selection is great. I cant wait to visit the other locations.

Gentleman name Walter was wonderful! In pictures he answered questions and was helpful! The 3 ladies at the end of tonights SHIFT were sooo patient and allowed me to shop! Out of all the "at home" stores I find this one my favorite to shop! Thanks

There are some good deals here... the only thing is finding employees for help when you need big items or items that are on a high shelf. Its is messy and not as well organized as some of the other At Homes that Ive visited.
