The worst furniture store, I have ever been to. I know now, why theyre going out of business. I ordered a new wood grain bed for my son, it was supposed to be delivered within ten days. After waiting three weeks, they delivered the wrong bed, that the installer had already partially put together. I called and talked to the owner, John. He actually laughed at me on the phone and told me that it was my fault, that the bed was the wrong one and that he wasnt going to make it right and get the bed that we ordered because his delivery man already took things out of the original packaging. I totally understand why theyre going out of business. John and his staff, have no customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and check out Gallery furniture.

I had a horrible experience with Jim today! I was quoted a price that was on the table and then was told later that it was the wrong price on the tag.. I ask could I get the table for that same price and later after he asked management they said yes.. I asked if it was a new one and Jim said no.. I told Jim I wanted a new one he went asked and they told him yes.. With an attitude he then reply "are you happy now" and we already giving you a deal.. I told him he was rude and asked him would he want someone to ask his wife that same question? I walked out.. BAD experience and Business! Erick was right there! Nothing was done!

Great family owned furniture store! Karen was extremely helpful and friendly. We had looked for a dining room set at several other local and chains stores with no luck, they had exactly what we wanted at a great price. Loved being able to support a locally owned business.
