When I pulled up to this place I had my reservations, due to the abandoned look of the area. Just moving here from Chicago, Im used to the huge amount of competition from retail furniture and finding quality furniture cheap isnt a big problem there. However it seems to be in Houston, as Ive been shopping around at the places along Katy Freeway and other areas for almost a month with no luck. This place is a gem. Not only is the quality of the furniture here above and beyond those other rinky-dink places, but the service here beats those guys out as well. The owner, Jesse, was cordial, polite and most of all, helpful. Since theyre a buyout retailer, they dont have the typical garbage furniture. They seem to buy out remnant and close-outs, so 90% of their stock was well made, high-end furniture, but at low-end prices. I picked up a really well made futon couch for the guest room: one that retails everywhere else for over $400 + tax. I picked it up there for less than $390 with tax, including a new, 8" futon pad. Thisll be my first stop the next time I need any furniture, and I highly recommend it!

All I know is this: we had 3 foster children come to our home and we needed a bed FAST. I searched online for childrens bunk beds with same day delivery and found this store - AND they did deliver the same day. I ordered it online but also spoke to a man (Jesse?) on the phone who really helped me figure out what I needed. Bottom line, the bed came in less than 2 hours and the 2-man team assembled it for me. That was impressive to me since the store is north of downtown and Im almost 20 miles south of downtown, and this was a weekday afternoon. It was a BIG help that this went so smoothly in an otherwise hectic day for me! So how can I not recommend them to you? Your mileage may vary, but this is what I experienced.

Yesterday morning at 10am on the dot I called Dream Rooms Furniture and Mr. Jesse answered the phone. He was so nice and helpful. We discussed options regarding the bunk bed mattresses, payments etc., and I told him I would make a decision and call back. I went online and paid for the bunk bed, a new mattress, delivery ($79) and assembly ($40) and by 12:45pm they were at my house delivering it all and setting it up! My son was so surprised and excited when he got home from school. It was a great experience and I have already told one girl at work and she is on their website now shopping for a new bed for her son! Great customer service, great products and a great price!

Dream Room Furniture is the best furniture company in Houston. We purchased living room, dining room, TV unit and bar stools from there. All of the people were extremely helpful and friendly. We chose all of the furniture without any pressure to buy. The quality and the price of the furniture were excellent. It was good experience for us. If we need any furniture in the future we buy all of them from Dream Room Furniture. We ordered our furniture around by 4 PM and they delivered them around by 6 PM. They deserve 5 stars feedback from the customers. We will recommend them to all friends and do new business with them near future. Thanks for everything.

Will definatly return! We bought bunk beds on sale here and got a great discount. The sales man was so helpful with all of our questions about what materials the beds were made of, using slats vs. bunkie-boards, etc. We could walk in, tell him what we were after, get it and not be given any extra sales pitches! It was super quick, the men loaded into our car and I put it together in a few hours almost all by myself. Everything was there (tools, hardware) and it feels sturdy and looks beautiful! Love this place, will totally be recommending it to others looking for a great deal, fast and helpful service and want quality furniture!

Jessie and his team provide excellent customer service. The store offers a furniture price point for everyones budget. Furniture delivery was on time and after moving the furniture inside, setting it up where we planned to place it, the guys cleaned up the wrapping and trash! The best place in Houston as for the price & quality! Ill definitely go there in case I need something new for my apartment.
