Good Shoes but terrible customer service. Daniel, one of the associates at the store is the kind of person that doesnt belong at a store like this. I had an extremely rude and disappointing experience with Daniel at the store and on the phone. I had a very bad experience at this store. Given the hefty price tag of the shoes you would hope for good customer service, but I guess they just hire any body. I would suggest trying a different Allen Edmonds store or purchasing the shoes online. Never visiting this store again.

Great and patient service. Had a bunch of simple questions that the staff was able to help me out with. My only suggestion is that if you are coming in without ever owning an Allen Edmond shoe before, avoid coming in at peak work hours. The staff is awesome but you have to meet them half-way to receive some dedicated and quality customer service.

They make wonderful shoes but I had a problem with a pair that started squeaking. I had them two years but the very helpful clerk at this store sent them back to be recrafted at no charge. Just got them back and they look (and sound) practically brand new!

It was one of the best experience I ever had shopping and Daniel Hensley was amazing very knowledgeable about AE and products I enjoy myself so much I bought two pairs of shoes that day then came back a month later and bought the Christmas season shoes.

Customer service is horrible. Salesmen have no clue of the products theyre trying to sell and they often lie to try getting you to buy a $300+ pair of shoes. Avoid this place like the plague and buy your Allen Edmonds online.

Belt ( CUT Bank Belt) show on the website are not available. Called the customer service and wasted 15 mins with her without any apology. Wont waste time in future and others Please beware.
