VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and affordable. Best pharmacy Ive ever used. They get to know their customers, and care about their personal needs first and foremost. Even if you are a first time customer they will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need, and they always have scripts in stock, even ones that most pharmacies wont carry. This includes brand name medications. They are the epitome of the amazing and dwindling "small business" America used to have, while outperforming the big chains in every conceivable way

After having one of the worst customer service experiences at Walgreens across the street, I promptly went into this pharmacy for the first time and had one of the BEST. There is nothing fancy about this store, but they helped me quickly, were so empathetic and understanding, and what I needed was fair priced. The reps were so kind and gracious. Just the best. I have not yet filled prescriptions or compounded meds here, but plan to now.

For some reason this a loved institution in Grapevine, but I think they are awful. I have always had to wait a ridiculous amount of time - even when I called ahead. And its inconvenient to even get my prescriptions called in because they dont even have a voice mail to leave prescriptions on. Oh yeah, and their phones are always busy so you can never reach them. Not worth the small town quaintness...

The only pharmacy Ive NEVER had an issue with. Usually, I can drop off my Rx at the drive through and they will fill it right then in about ten minutes! They also consistently have my Rx in stock when most chain pharmacies did/do not. If I had one wish, it would be longer hours (24/7 would be awesome, as long as Im wishing!), but thats about all! *** They fill compound prescriptions too.

I live in Coppell, but by family referral I started using Grapevine Drug Mart 6 months ago. I had all of my prescriptions transferred from Austin, and they did it all for me. I never made a call. When I need refills they call my doctor for me. Yes, they are VERY busy, but thats what happens when you take care of your customers.....you get busy!

Stopped in after having issues with stock at the Walgreens across the street. They had the uncommon medication I required and were very quick. From the time I walked in till the time I left was roughly 15 minutes. This was my first experience here but will be using this location going forward.

Lowest prices by far. Had one prescription which CVS quoted over $800.00. Grapevine Drug Mart $93.00. Thanks CVS for forcing me to find such a great alternative!
