This really disappointment for the saying to be "CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT". I went into CVS today for a snack on my short break, me and another guy was waiting patiently on the cashier that was unpacking boxes /seemed that she was in a hurry to get her work done. So as I was next in line she scanned all my items and gave me my total, I gave her an $20 bill but didnt notice she gave me $3.76 change back til I get to work, as soon as I evaluated the situation myself as I was missing partial of my money totaling $16.24. Instead of her giving me $16.24 she gave me the cash price total I paid for my items $3.76, informed my manager of the matter and went right back up there, she had a attitude like I had to be kidding her not even apologizing about the situation "Part of customer service" the manager was totally RUDE "he act as I was lying" taken me to the back to look at cameras, which didnt prove a point at all, and then finally count cash register, as he informed me if it aint over a certain amount in the drawer "we dont owe u extra funds"! Basically if you a manager and want a professional position act with great customer service, still let the customer feel comfortable with the matter, SO YOU CAN GAIN MORE CUSTOMERS. So at the end of the day I got my money back because they was wrong and the customer was right, It just hurt to know that I was nearly accused of trying get over on $16 of mines. Who will want to LIE about that small amount of money. This was around 108PM today 05/27/2016. I really hope an higher positioned staff member can see this, because customers always need to be treated with respect, thats part of any staff job. But I will never go there again and will inform others of the matter. I already see its poor reviews with this location as well! ALWAYS TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH HIGHLY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever sent my prescriptions to! After several months of poor customer service, its time to seek another pharmacy! I have never received a phone call to tell me that my prescription is ready for pick up. Last month, they filled my prescription without telling me and when I came to pick it up, they had already had put it back on the shelf. I had to wait 30 minutes until they refilled it. Today, I was completely ignored upon getting to the register. One of several pharmacy technicians approached me, asked me several questions, and went to work on what I thought was my prescription. But 5 minutes later, he forgot all about me! He had gone back to work on the previous project! Dont even get me started with their professionalism. Ive spoken to several people at the store who are rude and lack the common deciency to acknowledge a customers needs. Im taking my business elsewhere.

I have. been going to this pharmacy for a number of years. In the beginning I could always count on seeing the same professional people. But about 3 years ago something changed. All the people that I knew quit and now every time I go in I see different people and none of the pharmacy techs know what they are doing. There arent enough words to go inti my latest problem with them, but I am finished. I may have to pay a little more somewhere else but it will be worth it. If you go here, check to make sure you got the right medicine, count the number of pills you are supposed to receive, dont bother asking a question about your prescription. Either they dont know or they wont tell you what they do know. My wife use to go pick up my prescriptions. Now she refuses because she gets so upset "0" stars for these people.

I recently switched to this CVS from Walgreens. CVS is who our drug provided is so and could do 90 day supplies. My doctor called in a prescription 2 weeks ago but the pharmacy said it would be ready on a certain date as it was to early per the insurance. Ok. So I came to pick it up on this certain date and was told it was put back on the shelf. Seriously? Also I was told my doctor said brand name only and I could not do the cheaper generic. Ive been on generic the entire time per my doctor. Seriously one more strike and Im going back to Walgreens. I had no issues with them.

CVS is one of my favorite stores. I visit once ro twice a week. The key to saving money is downloading their app and signing up for their rewards card. They will list in-store coupons as well as digital manufacture coupon on the app. They track what you spend and send you coupons to your app for the products you purchase. Another favorite is receiving in store cash back up to 30% off any items I want that isnt already on sale.

Definitely a great CVS. The warm people at the pharmacy are reliable and will go out of their way to provide you with full attention and the best service possible. Thank you especially to pharmacist Amir who was wonderful and took the time to help so well. I def recommend this location!

I went in to FILL A SCRIPT that a DOCTOR prescribed me.. And I was accused of being a F***ING DRUG ADDICT! screw this CVS never go here. I had to goto then CVS in ANOTHER CITY just to get my prescription filled.... Wasted my whole day with that

Went in to pick up some eyedrops for my friend because she had pink eye. The store seemed understaffed..I didnt see anyone on the floor and a lot of the makeup section was sold out. The lady checking me out however was very nice.

I was on vacation from California during thanksgiving break and needed a prescription filled. These guys talked to the CVS in California and got my prescription filled in an hour. Really helpful. Thanks.

I do not recommend this location at all. Not really helpful with people.The guy probably in 40s has very limited knowledge about medication.He was getting me a wrong medicine for my one year old kid.
