The manager of this location is excellent. Expect to be on first-name basis with this branchs exceptionally friendly staff, who work diligently to bring you excellent service in excellent time. There is free wifi, and youre welcome to loiter about with other customers, or sit in the corner and grind out your research paper on their power grid.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Georgetown, or anywhere for that matter! The staff really make the difference here. They give efficient service and serve quality beverages, and care about customer satisfaction.

Last visit, I drank some no so good ice coffee which wasnt mixed good. I think SBs is overpriced for what you get these days. Has too much of franchise feel for me. I will stick with my black coffee on my next visit.

Wish the location was bigger. Tends to attract a lot of Southwestern students, so there isnt always tables available. Staff is friendly. I like the chai latte!
