Today, RUTH wowed us! Not just this visit but every visit weve encountered her! Not only has our experience with RUTH, been superior, weve observed her interactions with others and shes the quintessential perfect person any business would wish and want representing their company! Awesome Public Relations persona as she patiently, warmly communicates and responds with an obvious total knowledge regarding every nuance of the entire PB menu! Love this Panera Bread location - we have never had a bad experience and go there a number of times throughout each week since coming to this location about 8 mos. ago. In general regarding Panera Bread company, we have eaten at many Panera Bread restaurants throughout the northeast, south, southeast and western United States and hurrah their mission and vigorous pursuit of organic, non-hormones/antibiotic, natural, fresh ingredients! Their prices are on par with that standard of excellence in their menu items!

Visit on a Saturday at around 8:30pm-8:40pm. 6/18/16 Came here for 1st time and noticed fly on pastries when picking one out. I notified employee behind counter and all she did was wave her hand at fly. Fly circled around and landed back. By that time the employee was horsing around with other workers behind counter. Wifes order was wrong, and kid bringing the food out was just as confused as the kid taking the order. He seemed to not want to be there. Food was okay, but over priced if you take into consideration the service and insect. I always give the benefit of the doubt so I will give the definite update after 2nd visit.

I have really enjoyed other locations of panera bread but unfortunately this one needs a lot of work. The sandwich I ordered arrived on bread that was almost completely raw and when I took it back to ask for a remake they didnt seem to belive me (I dont really know how you can debate if something is cooked through or not when it is literally still raw dough in the middle) just remade the sandwich on bread that was from the same loaf and still extremely underbaked. Both the baguette with lunch and the pastry I ordered were also too doughy still (theres a difference between soft and uncooked!) I think the bakers at this location need a lot more training.

The Manager was awesome and helped me with counting my calories, carbs, protein and sodium. She pulled out her big binder and went through the each menu item and even subtracted calories from the "extras". She and her team were awesome and took their time with me so that I met my goals for the day. She even suggested some olive oil and lemon for my dressing instead of their regular dressing. I will definitely go back especially knowing they will accommodate by helping me make healthy choices! Hats off to the Georgetown Panera Bread team and especially the Manager!

Sadly, I did not enjoy my first time at this location. I ordered a Roasted Turkey Cranberry flatbread. There was about 3 cranberries and 3 leaves of spinach, hardly any of the garlic spread, and to top it off the sandwich was not made with care (very messy, which isnt really a characteristic of flat bread sandwiches). After I added some of my own cranberry sauce it was tasty, but this poorly made sandwich was not worth the $9. Id love to try back again though. 3 stars because this is a fairly new location and I understand if the service isnt great yet.

This place is over priced for what you get, i went the first time and got a half salad and drink and it was almost 9 bucks the little container was not even full. I was still hungry . This time i went and i ordered a half sandwich and drink and it was 9.50 and the lettuce if you call it that was limp and i am still hungry if i am going to pay that much for my lunch i will stick closer to work and get a burger. come on at least stack the food high on the bread.

I took my family there the other day for the dinner just after the first opening. The food was mediocre but what really bothered me was that they did not honor any military discount. Every other Panera Bread that I have been to has kindly honored my service with a discount. Georgetown is a growing community and a huge attraction to service members from Ft. Hood. I will not go back until they recognize the service of those who have served this great nation.

I wish the website would let me post a picture of my bagel from GT Panera this morning. Burned. Burned. Burned. And sadly, I didnt check before leaving the drive thru. :( I have been disappointed on more than one occasion at this location. And I have shared my woes with management every time. They just cant seem to get it right. Or find employees who are interested in getting it right the first time. I will not be dining here any longer.

***ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!*** .....HAIR IN MY SOUP..... I took it back to the location I purchased it at Georgetown TX & ASKED THE MANAGER does this happen OFTEN? Her response was YES!! MY QUESTION IS WHERE IN THE HECK ARETHE HAIRNETS?? Did I mention this was my 1st TIME & I was super stoked to try THEIR FRESH FOODS, SOUPS SALADS & BREADS!! Needless to say I will not be back to another "PANERA NASTY BREAD"

Where is the meat on the sandwich? Check your order for accuracy! Good luck talk to a manager Way to much $$$ 4 what you get Poor value OK I contacted the Store and spoke to Brenda and she offered to make it right so I stopped in today and spoke to her while adjusting my bill the owner Bob came up and spoke to me. After speaking with these two I will try again down the road.

Every time I order bagles theyre not fully toasted. And its the most annoying thing that they wont put the butter on it for you (or prepare your coffee). Going through the drive through getting breakfast with kids is impossible if you have to individually put cold butter on slightly warm bagles. Its happened multiple times and Im not going back. Einstein does it right.

I used this location to cater a breakfast the morning of my sons wedding. They did an excellent job. Greg and Kristin were wonderful to work with, and I was very pleased with both the food and the service. Everything was delivered and set up on time, the food was fresh and delicious.

I am a big Panera fan but this is my first time to this particular panera. The drive-through clerk seemed a bit snooty and I did not recieve my lemonade. The cashier was very friendly and nice, and the neals were great.

Second time being here & this is the worst one I have ever been to. The Chinese guy took my order & handed my food & rushed me throughout the whole entire time. & now I am suppose to eat my soup without a damn spoon

Good place for coffee and pastries. Large selection of breads you can have sliced and take home. Free Wi-fi and a quiet atmosphere make it a good stop for business travelers or if you want to do some work remotely.
