Donut King remains the best donut shop in the city of Norman. Possibly in the entire world. I dont know what they do to the dough, but the chocolate cake doonuts covered in chocolate icing are divine. I kid you not. Crunchy outside, moist and tasty inside, a treat I cannot refuse if it is made available. Try to avoid driving by too often, I dont need to eat donuts, but these guys got it down. Go try the fancy new places, then when you realize they are a gimmick, come back to Donut King and get the real thing.

This is the Pinnacle of doughnut royalty. Way better than Donut Queen, Donut Jack, or God forbid Donut Joker. They do have a lot of work to do on their "old fashioned". Seriously its just wrong. Go to Main Street Donuts for that. However, their filled Donuts are definitely up to speed. I visit after 9PM when theyre freshly made. Any donut shop that is open 24/7 deserves a special appreciation from the donut savouring public who does like to get up at 6:30 AM to get out daily donut supply.

Maintenance and cleaning badly needed throughout the front area. All tables needed wiping down. The blueberry glazed donut I received was stale; could have been a day or two old. The mini fritter was better. An employee came from the back to assist the other in creating a shake we ordered. She pulled a small paper sheet out of the dispenser to add a glazed donut to our bag. Then immediately shoved it back in the box to reuse for the next order. Not supposed to do that. Well not go back

Its hard to be a jack of all trades. Or even just two. Donut King has been selling frozen custard for a while now and Ive gotten it a number of times. What Ive noticed, as another reviewer has noted, is that the custard is not very smooth (Ive doubted at times whether it was really custard and not mere ice cream instead). I recently ordered a scoop of vanilla custard in a dish and received about half of the custard Rustys doles out for the same price; it was somewhat pathetic.

this is the worst dount king ever i am a employee it is really bad if we drop dounts we pick it back up and put it back to sell thats why i do not eat at this dount king. it is awful and disgusting. people if i were u do not go to this dount king.

Its Normans oldest donut shop. Originally "dunkin", has been ran as donut king for years and hasnt changed. Its consistent and the owners are helpful to community support. Ten bucks goes a long way!

Ive been going to Donut King for over twenty years. They are great people and so friendly. Ive taken my kids there for 20 years and theyve literally seen them grow up and always remember us.

The donuts are good here but the people are very rude. People getting the donuts act like youre bothering them when you ordering. Lucky for them they make good Donuts

Worst service I have had anywhere. The employee literally yelled at me for having my headlights on in the parking lot. The donuts are bad as well
