I was referred by a friend who sees Dr. Mohtadi and absolutely loves her. When I called to schedule a routine eye exam, the staff member was informational and extremely helpful when it came to my insurance questions. The check-in process was quick and easy, which was a huge plus for me. They spent the perfect amount of time with me (enough to make me feel important, like a priority). Im use to waiting around feeling like the day is passing me by, so this was a GREAT change of pace. Dr. Mohtadi was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable while I was in her care. After my exam, a staff member went through their optical to frame style me and enjoyed trying on so many different frames. We found a pair of "Masunaga" glasses that were absolutely made for me. My overall experience was amazing and Im so happy to have found a place that excites me about eye care and eye wear. I highly recommend this office to all searching for a place that is beyond exceptional with a great sense of fashion.

I cannot describe how awesome this place is. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I had the most amazing experience. The actual eye exam was very detailed. The doctor was so knowledgeable and so nice. She explained everything to me. I am a hard fit for contacts but she made it so easy for me. I feel I am seeing better than ever!!!! The entire staff was so wonderful. I was offered a cold drink from the cute refrigerator up front. The lady actually walked around the counter to get it for me. My glasses are gorgeous. Plenty of frames to choose from. I did use insurance and my out of pocket was actually less expensive than the last office I went to. Great staff. Friendly and caring. I recommend EyeQ Vision to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

The office staff was so kind and helpful when I made my first appointment on the phone. When I arrived, the ladies helped me immediately and were extremely welcoming. Dr. Mohtadi was so sweet and truly got to know me and my eye health needs. Ive never been to an optometrist who explains the procedures as well and as nicely as she does. I appreciated that the entire staff treated me respectfully and patiently. The staff truly took their time helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and lenses. They even reduced the price a bit since I am starting my career and really needed a reliable pair. Its nice to know that the doctors and staff here care more about your health and happiness than money. Ill keep going to this office for years to come.

Excellent customer service and very complete eye health check. The doctor is very careful in everything and is very detail oriented and easy to talk to. I will be going to EyeQ Vision as long as I can because I just really like the staff and they way they treat you and you can tell they are sincere and are there to help.They have very beautiful designer frames to chose from and you can tell they are trained to know what frames works well on your face type. My old glasses did not fit well and I always had trouble with them. They even co-managed my cataract surgery and got my new beautiful glasses after my prescription changed that I am extremely happy with. Thank you again to Dr.S. and staff for taking such great care of me!

My wife broke her glasses on a weekend. Trying to get her in to her optometrist was impossible. Tried a couple of other places and no luck. Finally one of her coworkers recommended this place. After understanding her situation they were so helpful in getting her in the very next day. She left the office being able to see...plus wearing contacts...which she had not worn because of always being misfitted. We are both so grateful for the help. Maribel felt like they really cared about her plus her new eyeglasses took years off of her...they were perfect. Looking forward to getting my eye exam at Eye Q soon. Thanks Dr. S!!!

Dr Mohtadi and staff are the best! She is very patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients and their well-being. The staff are amazing; very friendly and did an excellent job in assisting me with frame selection. Moving from out of state I thought it would be a challenge finding a good optometrist. I am so happy to have trusted the other reviews and have found this group. After now visiting for my 2nd annual exam, its been confirmed. I will continue to trust only EyeQVision for my vision needs. The ladies here are amazing and so sweet. Right as you walk in, the front desk ladies greet you and you feel very welcomed. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns. I went in for a prescription for my glasses and contacts and was out within the hour. I told them that my contacts were dry at night and they told me they were going to order some samples just for me (they didnt have my prescription in stock) free of charge to see if they couldnt find something that would work better for me. Above and beyond service. I would highly recommend EyeQ Vision to everyone!

This was my first time to visit this establishment and, I can honestly say this is the best optometrist I have ever been to. Dr. S was very knowledgeable and broke everything down to where I could understand what she was saying. The staff was awesome, very helpful, and patient. They helped me pick out the glasses that best suited me and had were completely honest about the glasses that I tried on. If they did not look right they suggested another pair they thought looked good. Cant say enough about Eye Q Vision. I definitely will be back and recommending to family and friends.

The staff was amazing, very elegant and clean facility, extremely professional. This was one of the few doctors where they have always been on time and thats #1 to me. Dr. Mohtadi saw me, and I was so impressed with her expertise and attention to detail. She found things about my moms eye health that other doctors werent able to identify. Now all of my friends and family will come here. Above all, she is just a sweet person with a big heart, and Im so comfortable around her. Not only has she helped me with my dry eye issues but she has help me throughout the years maintaining my eye conditions. I wanted to also stress how professional, attentive, and supportive Ashley and the whole staff at EyeQ Vision are. Now my whole family comes to EyeQ Visionand are very happy. Dr. S is very sweet, caring and knowledgeable. She takes her time with each patient, offering thorough and detailed exams and procedures. She listens to you and spend time with you.
