Was told to come back later for a prescription that cost "$7". They also said theyd text me when it was ready. Nine hours later still no text, but when I called to ask about it they said it was ready. Then told me it was $33 and they had no idea why the other lady wouldve told me $7. She said they dont mix them until they know theyll be paid. I dont normally complain about anything, but I felt the need to write about my experience tonight. My moms got strept, an upper respiratory infection and drainage in her ears and it just upsets me when people dont do what they say theyll do.

Done with getting my prescriptions sent here. I drove 20 minutes there 4 times in one week to pick up my prescription that they kept telling me they were going to have ready only to show up and have them tell me there was a delay. No communication. And when I politely tried to tell the lady I didnt appreciate the lack or communication and all the time Id wasted she cut me off and was rude. On top of that, they were always switching up my prescriptions with other generic brands without asking. You dont have my business anymore, CVS.

Sat on hold for over 20 minutes to refill a prescription (I didnt have the Rx number with me) only to be hung up on at 6:02 (2 minutes after closing time). I know they close at 6, but they should still process business in the 18 minutes before closing! Not to mention the fact that their drive thru is the slowest Ive ever experienced. Wish there was another pharmacy close to my house!! Would switch in a heart beat!

Pharmacy is super super slow. Dropped off a prescription 2 1/2 hours ago and now waiting for them to fill it when we arrived (said it would only be an hour). Still waiting and going on 3 hours since we dropped it off. Switching to the CVS at the Dominion that always gets it filled within an hour. Lesson learned.

This pharamcy is the worst! I dropped off an Rx on June 21 and Ive yet to receive 1 call informing me its ready for pick up. I had major surgery and although I tolerate pain well, it would have been comforting to know my pain meds are near - well they are not! This pharmacy needs a major management, staff change!
