I had a horrible 12 experiences. I went in to pre-order the samsung 8+ and during the ordering process something went wrong. Needless to say, 5 weeks went by, visiting a total of 12 times, the samsung 8+ was released and along with it the free VR gear you would get for pre-ordering ended and I still didnt even have the phone. Two more weeks of going to a corporate store to get the situation resolved and at least now I have a new phone.

I love this store! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Just know that their actual hours are from 10 to 7 Monday thru Saturday and 12 to 5 on Sunday. For some reason Google shows the hours incorrectly. This AT&T store is the best! Great products, excellent service & terrific staff!!!
