Very dirty equiptment!!!!! unsanitary!!!!!poor management!!!!! Great doughnuts and great service, if u go close to closing they give great deals on them, they serve awesome sandwiches also, there brownies are big fat chocolate square of heavenly nut filled blocks, coffee and drink go great with anything they sell. Great environment, pleasant, clean, also fast drive thru, you got to try them.

From the time we entered the door and left felt like we were part of the family, Staff was so friendly and polite. From the donuts to the croissants and the kolaches I couldnt get enough they were so delicious and fresh. This is now my donut shop and so much more.

Donuts made fresh every day by hand, never frozen like dunkin donuts and not loaded with perservatives like kryspy kreme, southern maid is the only locally owned and operated REAL donut shop in el paso. Wont go anywhere else for my donuts.

My donut was stale. Even my five year old didnt eat it. When i went inside to throw it away i let the girl know she should probably throw them away but she was on her phone and just stared at me. Not even an apology. We will not be back.

Ive been there a few time, early morning. Its awesome how they come out to get your order, to get you on your way faster. Awesome service and BEST donuts in town. Never dry. I hate getting dry, day old tasting donuts. Love love them.

These are donuts that give an old fashioned experience. They are delicious and seem made from scratch and the icings are delicious and delightfully colorful. The donuts are decorated beautifully. A real treat worth discovering.
