I wish I could give Dallas Print 20 stars! Jerry is amazing and makes whatever you need, whenever you need it, HAPPEN! We had a last minute job where Jerry literally, not figuratively, drove/walked many many miles to get us our print job. He has brought us from the brink many times and amazes us each time but this time he really blew us away with "putting the customer first." If you need a print job, I highly recommend going to Dallas Print. Dallas Print is our go to printer for all our marketing and event materials. They will get it right the first time and get it done on-time. The quality of their products is superb! Dallas Print is the partner you need to keep your business growing and successful!

Over the past 15 years, I have used several printing companies for various jobs ranging from marketing, photography and ministry-related pieces. A few of those companies had really great print quality. Dallas Print however, is head and shoulders ABOVE every company Ive ever used! Printed four posters for me - the price was far better than any other competitor I got a quote from. Even more, Jerry drove out to my place to ensure that I received my order on time - couldnt ask for anything more! The only thing I will mention, which was probably my fault, is that the posters were cut to the edge of the bleed rather than the size I had wanted. A simple fix with a ruler, scissors, and a steady hand, but I guess I shouldve been clearer about the size I wanted.

I wanted to pick up first thing in the morning and was told 7:30am is ok, and arrived at 9am to find the customer rep didnt actually tell that to the printer and nothing was done. The printer was kind enough to rush the job for me, and the quality is good. Nice people, but the miscommunication was disappointing. Actual store and print shop are two different locations.
