I was able to talk to the staff using industry jargon and they figured out exactly what I needed to produce amazing results. Without being totally sure of what I was referring to, Eli called his Xerox Rep who was able to tell him about the saturation and piling functions of the Xerox 1000. When I came in to pick up my order I pointed out what I was referring to in the final product. The results were spectacular and we were all able to enjoy the final project together. All the staff was wonderful to deal with. They even printed an image I had forgotten right at 6pm when they were supposed to close. They did everything they could to ensure what I got was my full order, with top of the line quality.

Several things to note: - Prices are not as reasonable as others (like Kinkos). To get an 11 page, 12 copy presentation printed out (standard letter size) it cost almost $100. - Business cards: We had to go back twice b/c of the quality and they STILL didnt get it right. We have a solid color back and the cut lines were jagged and rough. When we called about it, the manager said "We shouldve known that it would turn out this way". We trust the professionals to TELL us if something would turn out less than ideal...Ive dealt with many other print shops in the past who have recommended different paper/printing methods knowing were not the professionals in printing. Will never use them again.

Really great people! Were helpful and polite as I -- a college student who absolutely waited until the last minute -- sat in the lobby frantically trying to figure out how to pull off my final project. They couldnt bind the book in house for me by my same-day deadline, but Roman gave me great advice on binding it myself and printed me pages and a cover that looked more professional than anything I could have pulled off myself. Thanks so much! Ill definitely be back for business cards and prints int he future.

Ive always been curious about AlphaGraphics but assumed they were too expensive for me. After finally getting tired of the poor quality of Office Depot & FedEx Office I decided to give AlphaGraphics a try. Wasnt sure what to expect but I was impressed with the quality, speed, & price of the work!! Very friendly & welcoming environment!!
