Went to use a gift certificate at the Nike Factory Store. Waited for help at checkout, then the sales clerk tried on the largest size NikePlus Fuelband, XL. She said I needed the next size down, then promptly pulled an XL bracelet, rang it up, and handed it to me. No information on how to activate it, nada. Started talking to another sales person, when I asked for information. He gave it to me. Unfortunately I didnt check the bag before leaving, since she had brushed me off. Got home, discovered shed sold me a huge size that is too big for my arm. I "chatted" with the Nike website people who kept telling me to buy a larger size, despite me saying it was too big. Not listening either. Customer service has gone to hell. I will have to go back out to the Outlet mall and exchange it, but will ask for a refund. If Im paying $100 for a fitness wristband, full price, dont treat me like Im a bother.

WORST customer service ever, cashier named JESSICA BECKETT is so rude. I went there with my boyfriend, JESSICA the rude cashier checked out our item, no "hi or hello", just threw the items on the bag (without folding them), throw the bag on the counter, and give us the meanest look ever. She is so disrespectful, we took her name and just gave it to us in a sarcastic way. She does not belong there! I have never had this worst customer service in my entire life. She needs to quit her job if she is unhappy with it. I reported her to the store manager, and now sending a letter to corporate.

I love this place. I always browse finish line, foot locker, and more but can never find deals like I can here. They definitely have some older versions at great prices and newer versions as well. Store is always well kept and organized and staff is always checking for assistance.

Was in your store Saturday, place was very busy. Young man named Conrad or Cowin help me, he was awesome! Got what I was looking for from the back and even returned with a bag to carry my purchases . He deserves a raise, great CS skills.

This store was clean and organized, but there were definitely too many people. It was very crowded and they only had about 3 staff members. Nevertheless, we liked the selection and prices.
